Good summary, and I feel that there is a stink of Trevor Milton about AZ from some of the phrases used. Also how the FCA handbook woud define some of those phrases could fall within the bounds of false statements.

Hi all, I had hopes on this for over 2 years, and over time averaged down as the SP plunged, in the hope to minimise losses. However, over the recent weeks / months this company has gone deathly quiet, as to this message board.
Is there any true hope, is the phoenix going to rise from the ashes and even return to 0.2p or greater. Or as my title suggests is this a lemon?
To all that commented. Thanks for the replies, and an actual reasonable discussion rather a the usual bilge in some of the threads where it turns into a slanging match. I am hopeful, but I guess I am getting a little frustrated. As after holding for 3 years having had to average down more than I liked I would prefer to be in a better position than ~50% down.
Hi all, as we all hoped and expected after the initial IM price rise the SP is being kept low, IMHO. This can only be broken by multiple and sustained IM contracts coming on line. Have we any idea or knowledge of a pending customer list to support growth, or are we just being dragged along for the unpleasant ride without a saddle!
Sorry, but if they are issuing new shares how isn’t that dilution? I thought that the shares to supply the warrants was held in “reserve” or such, so that if/when exercised they can be supplied without adding to the existing share float.
Also, I get the point that 12M is nothing really against 60B, fare point.
Just wish it is possible to ask a question and get simple answers as not everyone is as clued up as some.
Hi all, is this mornings spike and retraction caused by folks crossing their loss line and selling out? As surely news of another company from the UK being taken on is GREAT news and not a reason to sell.
Cheers.
@Profit Jock, I do get that and was the reason I bought in over two years ago and am presently 80% down, even with averaging down. However, my concern is what are the running costs, (app management, servers, office, payroll etc) and what the income from IM will have to be to then be profitable. As at €36k/year for this isn’t going to touch the sides, and how many multiples are needed and will SYME be required to take further loans until it reaches break even point.
