All the best Max, I hope to be back with more shares overall before the fireworks start.
You misread my post, Max.
My post hinted to other shares performing better as a reason to leave, rather than UFO being a **** share.
I sold about 25% of my holding. In two minds to sell more and keep 50% of my initial stake in or leave my remaining in here.
I do not see much point in selling below the placing price, but can see a drop to 0.8p region on no news.
If you can turn the cheek for 2-3 months this will pick up again, but for me it is a case of my other investments potentials looks better; rather than a deminishing tale of fundamentals over here.
Just remember a lot of people selling here now to make money will most likely be buying back into here later with more money / buying more shares.
I know TKIA personally and I honestly believe that not to be the case napth.
I think with UFO, with myself, the recent events have caused me to start looking for other investments. This surge to find other winners have unveiled some potentially fundamentally solid companies that are undervalued. Be it short term until sentiment returns or other.
People express themselves differently. I guess the point I am trying to make is that he wouldn't shaft people deliberately.
With the SP churning until further news, which looks a while away, it's getting quite tense.
Had to stick the knife in. You acted a complete twat about it.
earthling I remember you *******ing me over in the SOLG board for ramping UFO at 0.4p. That would have been a better day to get in!
Still though, cannot see this drifting too far below the placing price, if at all.
Oh yes TKIA.
Got to be careful with the oilers but the debt restructuring for me was the deal clencher.
I'm sure lombard were dropping out of previous O&G shares I had earlier in the year.
Probably some corporate CSR crap about being carbon neutral and supporting eco friendly businesses.
I've had a similar condition called Long Naga jalfrezi... Ar$e was glued to the porcelain Princess for 6 hours straight.
On the positive, I missed the eurovision contest.
That British bulls site is comedy gold. It changes its mind like a *****s knickers go up and down.
Agreed TKIA,
All of this is just theatre on this board until the Iron ore news comes.
Don't mention lithium then...
I'm just yanking ya chain matey. It's going to be dry over the next week or two until it starts to tick back up so just giving some 'laughs' out.
Honestly though, I wouldn't worry about people on this board hurting your investment. Once the Iron ore JV lands they can't take it away anymore, and it's just a waiting game until that news lands.
ECR and UFO are chalk and cheese. But they both have big upside potential. That's where the similarities lie.
Makes a welcome change to everything being compared to GGP. Even bowel movements get compared to them.
Serious Q for Max.
I have a bet on with another investor. I personally think you are Bill Brodie Good, and he thinks I need to get real.
You would make a good case for it, you could probably talk through the investor presentations better than Bill himself. (providing you are, of course, not him)
Well done all indeed.
And may I add that the maturity and calibre of this board is exceptional. Great share, great LSE board, (great potential JV).
Lovely. No drongos over here!
Ibrox, if this gets to 1p I'll be going taters deep in it.
Unfortunately I think most others will before 1.1p is seen.
I really wish it would go back to the 0.2 days. Why oh why didn't I plough the lot in... Ah well.
I like what you did there, TKIA ;]
World's apart indeed.
Only 640m shares in ECR with about 200m free float compared to 3.9Bn.
ECR have their own drill and XRF to prove resources up.
Not saying they are the same, but they are in much better position at 20M Mcap... The rest is down to what's in the ground.
Rodney:
'Best opportunity on AIM in my opinion'
Without a doubt. I cannot think of a safer share which has this much upside. A genuine combination of undervaluation and upside macroeconomic potential.
Retire esrly; If 3.5p is your target you will be really impressed in 6 months time... Unless you sell at 3.5p.
There was a block listing earthling on the 30th Nov which provided about £400k if I remember correctly.
