"Disinform - do you serious doubt we will see a new buyback program? Hope you are betting against it"
Why would I doubt that or bet against it? It seems highly likely, and I would like my shares to increase in value weirdly. But I'm not going to ignore reality.
"You are comparing comp with 5 or 7 billion in issue to a comp with 71billion in issue,so don't expect the same volume ,should be moving 300 to 500 million to hold a decent speed, imho, dyor."
I'm comparing actual cash movements. You can see from my post it's in line with other highly traded stocks. You can ignore the shares in issue if you just factor in the price of the shares.
"Interest in trading Lloyd's Banking Group shares has reduced over the years."
What are you comparing to? Volumes yesterday for instance:
TSCO: 18.99m (£51m)
GSK: 7.52m (£107m)
LLOY: 140m (£68.6m)
Pure volume LLOY is number 1 today: https://www.hl.co.uk/shares/stock-market-summary/ftse-100/top-volume

"The consensus here seems to be for a base rate rise next month/this year followed by another uptick during the first 3 months next year."
Personally, I think we will see a base rate rise in 2022, but I doubt it will be significant. The economic impact of riing interest rates would be a nightmare for mortgage holders, and so the ever important house price bubble. Possibly wrong, but I am a massive cynic in that matter.
