In fairness I’d slightly agree it looks below market rental rates, but that wasn’t really my point. Bobby bought the property I believe in 2013 for nearly £2m. Why with all the cash on the books arent they buying the property ?, doesn’t send a good message IMO in that has he held onto the property rather than show faith in the longevity of the business, prefers to lease to his business and get some additional income rather than buying the property for the benefit of the company and its shareholders. .Plus it was BK’s greed I was flagging, he’s just doubled his remuneration, has rental income, holds 51% and gives himself some nice share options as well.
He has constantly made promises about openness and communicating with the market more and has failed time and time again. IMO He needs to do a secondary placing to reduce his holding, improve liquidity and promote the business, but primarily he needs to keep to his promises.
