The Olive Pomace issue can not be underestimated. I have come across numerous articles/publications and the idea of small to medium sized Biomass plants are mentioned right across the Mediterranean countries. Spain in particular, where Ian has repeatedly referred to 'discussions with a major player'. I am wonder if it could be Bioland Energy.
Well worth reading the Sept issue of Bioenergy magazine (specifically read their feature article "Technology Update:
Olive Pomace Gasification") - See page 19.

BTW, years ago, I wanted to exit a stock and instructed my (then) phone broker to get rid. There was hardly any market for him to dump big numbers. When I asked if I could sell, say ,4 smaller tranches in a day, I was told that would be market manipulation! Never a level playing field for PI's imo. Effectively the mm holding Ebioss stock is manipulating and Ebioss themselves are keeping quiet!... imo. As EQT have said in the past about Altair et al.......'orderly' market. My A*$e.
Hi King5hott, No volume for them to dump big numbers. Depending on the desperation, they'll offload whatever amount they can under the circumstances. Unfortunately they're not like us mortal RI's. They will have agreed a set fee for dumping so many trillions at whatever. Obviously some bored RI's will move on, but IMO mm's are still concealing trades or unduly delaying them. Bar Stewards!
Good luck Apple.
I am prepared to risk another addition this side of 2019, purely based on North Fork, potential good news before AGM, Directors don't get their 40% salary shares until January. Thus gives me some hope of recovery, even if to break even.
For now though, I am with DaddyBigBucks and will watch Ebioss's games.
Far too much on this link. Need someone to decipher it though (it's supposedly interactive):

Slightly different one here:

King5hott, Take a look at this map. Would love to find a newer version as this 2013. Shows the area, the utility companies and plenty of Biomass plants under consideration or operational. I bet Phoenix got this on their office wall!

Phew!. Thanks Smokin. I have calmed down now!
...and I apologise for another rant, but in the latest RNS, it is said...
"On 15 January 2019, the Company announced that it had signed its first equipment purchase contract with Phoenix, in relation to a power plant located in Napa County, California, USA (the "NAPA Project")."
This is a blatant lie. Can anyone point to WHERE in 15th Jan RNS it mentions NAPA?. At least it'd have given us something to research and mull over.
Well Iangreen, Price has been telling us there's been a huge interest in out tech. Hope they are busy (as he says) advancing other projects. Hence my posts over the weekend to stir up a debate as to what next?. Can't keep relying on a monthly North Fork update to kick start something here.Almost two and a half months since anything of note (bar the North Fork news, which now awaits......"financial close which is anticipated during October 2019")
RR, seeing you are addressing the question to LTH's and presumably you too are LTH.....as such, imo, of little use!
Perfect tool for traders (day or short term) and help you better time you purchase or sell. I believe it offers you many other tools, better charting, depth of books, you can see MM's jockeying for positions, ...and probably a lot more. But IMO, as an LTH, unless you want to discuss 0.1p SP movements by the minute, I'd rather spend that money on a long term 'investment'
to hopefully get a return!
IMO of course!
King5hott, that's all pre-Eqtec PLC days, something that EQT rabbit on about and digging up at every opportunity, but never pointing out how little they have gained following on from that early break through. It was EQT Iberia under Ebioss.
My understanding is Ebioss are disappearing at a tangent, hence the sell off. Based on the repeated mention by Ian about a MAJOR business, one can but speculate. I have tried pretty hard to link ANY company in the field in Spain. Drawn a blank. Ain't given up yet unless Ian tells us it was all BS.....at the very bottom of another RNS!
I am beginning to think that Ian's been 'told' to tone down a little. In my job they'd have given me my P45 for making hyper projections like Ian's relayed so far. Almost no targets have been met by him in a timely manner. Have you noticed, after using 'advanced' in April, now it's watered down just 'discussions'.
Anyway, am not on a downer, but weekends are for a bit of digging and finding some dots to join! GL.
That therefore bring me to the Spanish theory.
21st March (D_Talks):So, we believe this will open up the market for new gasification plants and our experience in Movialsa should put us in a strong position to take advantage of this, it’s a significant niche market and we are the only gasification technology that has the track record to manage this waste. Indeed, we’ve actually received a couple of enquiries just recently as a result in the change of this legislation and we’re responding to those at the moment.
9th April: Advanced talks with a major business group in Spain to develop projects in the industrial and agricultural waste sector in Spain
15th May: EQTEC are in discussions with a major Spanish business group, active in the sector, to partner and collaborate on developing projects for this application. The Board believes that through this partnership approach, EQTEC will be able to rapidly expand its presence in the market, providing technology sales revenues and recurring annual revenues from O&M contracts and potential technology licensing fees.
28th June (Finals): Industry Specific elimination of Waste Streams - this will focus on energy recovery, typically in the 2-10 MW project size. EQTEC will initially focus on the elimination of olive pomace waste in the Mediterranean area. Estimates suggest 4 million tonnes of olive pomace waste are produced annually in Spain alone, so there is clearly a significant opportunity. With over 90,000 hours of operational data at the Movialsa plant in Spain, we believe we are well positioned to secure new projects. EQTEC is in discussions with a major Spanish business group, which is active in the sector, to partner and collaborate on potential projects.
Over to Ian!
IMO, peeps are getting carried away with Billingham. Yes, Ian flashed up big numbers, but it is VERY early days. We have 6 months exclusivity, which IMO, is like presenting a PLAN (financial, logistics, planning, Engineering, cost) you name it, everything to enable decision making by (SUEZ?) if the contract will be offered to the MOU consortium. May be an extension to the exclusivity will be required as much works needs to be completed.
Interesting also that since the MOU, nothing has been said by EQT, nothing in the media, nothing from any of our MOU partners. So, pretty much about meetings and paperwork imo. Horrible thoughts of USK go through my head.....how many years were we towing the line?
