We may have seen this before, but well worth noting:
https://www.letsrecycle.com/news/latest-news/suez-extends-efw-presence-in-north-east/
"The new plant will be on the same site and received planning permission in 2014, with the company currently in the process of procuring an Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractor to build the new facility and it is anticipated that it will become operational in 2022."
Would be nice to get confirmation that the MOU has been extended and that we have actually done something over the past 6 months, as nothing said by any of the THREE parties concerned nor by SUEZ.
A good read. North East Councils are serious.... Suez (Haverton site in Billingham) is central to their Waste Management:

Hi Ian. I trust our man Stangl will be up to speed with all funding sources, being the lead player in the USA (Phoenix). Puts UK to shame seeing USA, especially California has a number of initiatives on the go. Am looking out to see if County Napa and Wylseyville financing gets mentioned any where.
Anyone wants a chuckle??!!
From the Interims:
"During the period ended 30 June 2019, the Group recharged costs of EUR30,000 (2018: EURNil) to EBIOSS Energy SE. Included in trade and other receivables at 30 June 2019 is EUR90,000 due from EBIOSS Energy SE (31 December 2019: EUR90,000).
Since they are skint, I can guess where their share disposal money is going!!!
Trouble is DBB that: should they need another round of finance, they have little leeway with the sp on it's knees. Personally, i think they knew exactly what was coming, i.e., no or little news and Ebioss disposal. Hence (imo) a 2nd round of finance earlier along with cost cutting. We have enough to keep us going well in to 2020. They expected us to be meandering at these levels. Have you noticed how no one (e.g., bigdouble) is claiming a T20 any more?
The fact that on any volume whatsoever they apparently keep selling suggests they want to get out asap. They could easily allow a rise here and dispose in an orderly manner, whilst getting higher price. But NO!... stifling any interest. Sabotage. Why don't Altair just go purchase their lot in a block trade, seeing warrant have been issued to them @ 0.33.
Hi DBB, pretty sure I gave an answer in a roundabout way before, basing on the info @ hand. VAST majority of holdings are NOT in the shareholders' name, instead the broker or nominee holds them. Then you have further non-transparency in that as newer shares (warrants/placings etc) take place, another broker may get involved or even a related party broker. The list 'will' show several large amounts held by brokers/nominees. The only way to find Ebioss's holding is get two shareholder registers around the time their two holdings were announced.....then keep an eye on the changing number on a monthly basis. Painstaking and costly as strictly speaking you have to pay for the register.
So, after that long explanation, wouldn't it be easier for EQT and Ebioss to simply comply with the regs. It's not as if it's gonna spook the market any more!!!
HI King5hott, I had thought of sharing info here but just didn't want to tread on anyone's toes. If you wanna take out a new avatar email addy then we can exchange. Seems the PM system within LSE works only for premium members. AD_V*Fn is free to all PM. If you have an account there, let me know.
BTW Smokin, I have had a great dialogue (email exchange) with Greg Strangl. No inside info speak. Very approachable guy and passionate. Never got my emails answered by eqt management during Ian's tenure,. Gerry M took upon himself to answer one of my queries about the regulations. Also managed to get a list of shareholders from another source !!!!
Thanks guys. TBH, The LTH's know exactly why they are invested here. There is underlying passion about the company we're invested in. Time will tell if we have the personnel to crack the market. History has prompted me to be cautious. But as for the market, it is gargantuous and there are numerous players competing for a slice of the action. One break through and you are off to the races. Hence my optimism about the USA partnership. The politicians will eventual align to the environmental needs.
UK is shipping waste to Europe at a cost, as well as to illegal dumps in the far east. It's a growth area for sure. We are only just seeing how the electric car market is mushrooming. IMO, similar explosion awaits the waste issue. In the mean time, survival of the fittest! GL All.

"We collect RDF from waste management companies in the UK then deliver it to Combined Heat and Power (CHP) plants across Northern Europe and Scandinavia."
