With North Fork about to get off the ground with another set of time lines, I looked back at company announcements to get a flavour of what next....
For starters, 9th April Operational Update forms a good starting point:
------------------------
Highlights
• Significant increase in the level of international interest in the Company's proprietary EQTEC Gasifier Technology ("EGT") from both existing and potential new customers, developers and engineering, procurement and construction ("EPC") contractors.
• Advanced talks with a major business group in Spain to develop projects in the industrial and agricultural waste sector in Spain.
• Advanced stage proposals for two refuse derived fuel ("RDF") projects in the UK, where EQTEC would provide EGT and could act as lead developer.
• Engineering design work for Phoenix Energy's first power plant delivered and invoiced. Commencement of construction expected to begin later this year upon final granting of permits to Phoenix Energy, which have been delayed largely as a result of forest fires experienced in California in the autumn of 2018.
• Together with Phoenix Energy, EQTEC is exploring further project opportunities in the US biomass market and a commercial proposal for a third project has been presented to Phoenix Energy.
• Commercial proposal submitted to the owners of the Usk project to replace Brooke Energy as the developer of the project and for EQTEC to provide the technology and EPC services.
-----------------------
- Let's forget the 1st one!...significant increase in interest been with us since day one!
- Advanced talks with a major business group in Spain - I'll come back to that one.....more posts to follow.
- 2 RDF Projects?... Billingham = 1, where's No. 2?
- Phoenix - we know enough to be convinced it's green light time with North Fork. Others, time will tell, IMO long term!
- Usk - RIP.
King5hott, A while ago I posted a link showing all 5 potential plants that Phoenix had earmarked. I'll have to dig it out as it's probably buried in the LSE archives, seeing we create a new topic thread every minute! That's why I prefer either sticking to one thread for on-topic or prefer a BB like Ad-v+fn where you can collate all the links and pertinent data in the header.
Had a brief look at the California map. Seems Mariposa is 100 km from North Fork. I think there's a tremendous potential for 'smaller' Forestry Biomass plants, with a huge number of small towns offering that niche, which IMO will not be entertained by the big boys.
King5hott, seems Phoenix have been involved in a lot of 'little' Biomass projects for a very long time. Nothing major to write home about. IMO, North Fork will be the flagship for their hard work over the years.
Here's another old link that talks about Phoenix:
http://mariposabiomassproject.org/Biomasswhitepaper.html
https://bioenergyinternational.com/heat-power/mariposa-biomass-project-granted-conditional-user-permit
"Now that CUP is ready, we can now proceed with activities to realize the project in Mariposa. We are grateful for the good cooperation with Mariposa Biomass Project and their extensive work to develop the project. It is up to us to take the project further, including securing fuel supply and financing with our local partner Phoenix Energy. Our goal is to make an investment decision around next year, such a decision implies that the Höganäs facility in Sweden is showing good results, commented Rolf Ljunggren, CEO of Cortus Energy."
Another Biomass Project on the move. North Fork gets another mention in this article:

RR, welcome to the 'in too deep' club! Lol!. larf or cry, some of us believe there is potential to be unlocked here. USA North Fork may just be the thin end of the wedge.
At some point we'll see the back of Ebioss and happy days will return. Hope Ian & Co get cracking with the other 'increase in interest' & 'advanced stage' pipeline of projects and tell us something soon.
eye, when a seller gives an instruction to sell his pile, depending on circumstances, it could be time or price based.
If Ebioss are dumping the lot because they are coming to LSE via a separate listing, they may have a timetable. Desperation means MM's will be aggressively moving the SP to encourage herd buying or capitalise on company RNS to create volume interest, the latter being the case few days ago. Like I said before, that North Fork RNS back in January would've seen us bag. It is the biggest news under Ian's tenure.
gaim123, good luck with that thought. Not sure they will divulge the info. If you deal through a phone broker and have a good relationship with him, you can ask him to make some enquiries.
Hi DBB. Lol! Yes, remember a poster pointing that out!
Just frustrating that everyone I have contacted is hiding behind a rule to cover their position. This is why research is so important. WE (the researchers here) were ahead on the financing developments in the USA (North Fork) than what was available through company channels.
eye, what really hi$$ed off holders here is the almost criminal way these shares are being dumped with total disregard for the regulations. So, we have:
- Ebioss dumping form over 35% ownership - do nothing
- A broker and MM knows what going on - do nothing
- EQT knows what's going on - do nothing
- EQT and Ebioss were in bed together and had overlapping directors until recently - do nothing
- Nomad that vets the RNS's - does nothing
FCA can't be reached, IR tell you it's panic selling by retail investors.
Don't need a Sherlock Holmes to bring it to justice.
They should be (and should've been) releasing a TR1 each time they crossed a threshold.
28th June RNS had the following:
EBIOSS Energy SE 510,595,678 16.59%

RR, for starters, have a read of this earlier Align Research note for all the background of company and it's market. On page 20 they list the then shareholding:
http://www.alignresearch.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2019/04/Eqtec_Align_Research_Initiation_April_2019.pdf
EBIOSS Energy SE 742,381,371 37.73%
HI RR, welcome and no problems asking questions, as you seem genuine. SOme good LTH's here will help you out.
Unfortunately. there's been no TR1's from the company (we're told it's the shareholder's duty to inform the company). However, from memory (will dig it out), an RNS early this year and one in June listed the major shareholders. Ebioss were down by over 200 mill.
