Had a morning full of meetings so saw my price alert on a drop, but just logged in to read RNS and can't see why it's fallen based on the RNS - but market sentiment is the most unpredictable factor in investing I guess! I definitely favour a global rollout with Lenovo as the better strategy so happy to hold - shame I topped up last night as opposed to this morning through!

Thanks about picking up on The Share Centre mate as my ISA is wih them, I am thinking about moving to iweb which already holds my SIPP as admin and trading costs are far lower than III but it is quite a basic platform.

Yes absolutely agree, some veer from share to share 'throwing it all in' i akin to losing on the horses and trying to win it all back in a local betting shop on the next race until the wallets empty (or web site these days). You have to research your companies, get to know their products/services and the leadership team and anyone else who holds an influence on the company in any way and learn about the industry sector. It's the same with property development or owning your own business - rarely an overnight success, takes years of graft and willingness to learn about your trade, take calculated risks and get to a point you can benefit.

In a certain Gold stock too like a few others here, but also glad I held onto a healthy share of TW too as was certain we would see a good price leading up to mid-year :-)

I suspect some (or many perhaps) invested hoping for a 20p type scenario the day after last nights reporting and are now exiting hoping to make overnight riches elsewhere, but its not an issue as given time GGP will be a great investment for those who came in low and are looking to hold. In a way it opens up a cheaper entry point for others who see the long term value :-)

More guarded sentiment than any revelations I'd say, but the focus on telfer makes the priority for Hav all the more likely to increase in 2020
