EM88, I agree mate, we are going to have a VERY difficult period ahead across the globe after the pandemic declines and I've actually excited many of my investments in the last few weeks (such as UK builders as an example and thank god I did) and switched to more commodities based portfolios.
I'm a business and marketing analyst so keeping up with both the economy and industry trends is how I make a living :-) I decided to keep my Dev holding as one of the trends I foresee is certain technologies actually getting an uplift in that we're now being forced to use virtual conferencing over flying/driving to clients etc. and the already expected growth in there areas may increase as inadvertently it will become clear that you can be very productive using these tools VS the cost of flying and driving for face to face.
I'm under no illusion that Dev and most companies will have very challenging circumstances ahead but I was lucky enough to get into Dev very cheaply so even with current prices sat on a good profit and feel holding onto my shares will work out very well as I don't see Dev being under threat and indeed see them coming out very well into mid 2021.
