At the same time, Mr Zegham (“Zeg”) Choudhry has retired from the board.
Mr Edmonds has a wealth of commercial and corporate experience in southern Africa, having practised as a corporate solicitor in South Africa and subsequently in the United Kingdom. He is a specialist in structuring and executing corporate transactions. Over the past 15 years, Mr Edmonds has been a director of public and private companies, including many within the mineral resources sector. He is very familiar with the Company’s South African projects having travelled to site in January 2020 prior to the COVID-19 restrictions and met with local stakeholders. He joins the Board to oversee the executive team in managing those relationships and progressing the transaction for the sale of a majority interest in the projects. Mr Edmonds is currently on the Board of AIM listed Pathfinder Minerals Plc, a company with mining interests in Mozambique.

Mr Choudhry was appointed to the board of Signature Gold Plc (trading as Stratmin Global Resources Plc), on 15 September 2016 and was involved as an independent non-executive director supporting the repositioning of the group from graphite to gold and diamonds and its admission to trading on the AQSE Growth Market (formerly the NEX Exchange Growth Market).

Hi RRR - I'm not going to worry about a penny or so as long as the results continue to be promising. There is a lot of positive noise too now that can't be discounted I feel - but it's my initial and ongoing research and diligence in trying to keep on top of events keeping me happy to keep a long term position here, I didn't invest based solely on others expectations on this board although I have come to respect many of the opinions here - its an extraordinarily well-researched board :-)

We had a great outlook based on the last update and no reason that there won't be more in the next update and moving forward we have a global rollout with Lenovo :-)

Absolutely spudderman - I am not regretting buying in and just holding and not doing any slicing. Still, everyone has different strategies and needs and I do constantly evaluate my decisions as new data and information comes to mind - but presently - happy to hold and see where the journey takes me.
