Excellent information and analysis magic and poses some very interesting questions in regards to the post-mineral dyke, breccia pipe theory and similarities to Telfer and the potential for Scallywag sharing these. When you are an expert in your area you don't need to broadcast it, your work speaks for you and it always takes a lot of gumption to create content that will be judged by others - much appreciated:-)

I second that - not interested PJ - very clear you are terrible at investing so why on earth would Ior any sane person want your evaluation along with your clumsy attempts to show expertise that you clearly don't have. It is very very clear what you are attempting to do to replace some clearly huge losses via trading. I suspect you also at some point sold your SRES holding at a loss and now wish to get back in........sometimes holding through the dips works out really really well as it has with myself on many occasions as I tend to research and then hold firm based on the fundementals rather than try and play Gordon Gecko. Just exchange details with Safetrade1 and go and whinge somewhere else - take responsibility for your decisions too rather than trying to mislead people to help rectify your financial losses. Don't be a loser at life as well as a loser in investing.

I was very young and he definitely sold me the pension that benefitted him, not me - and he was someone who was using a personal connection to a friend to sell to me - but it was MY fault alone for not looking into pensions properly and looking at alternatives and I totally 100% agree - you have to take accountability for your own actions at all times and of course having a pension built up at early age is better than none. I became completely the opposite just a few years later when I bought my first house doing bags of research etc. which paid off massively and enabled me to be mortgage-free at a very young age. Its rare to have wisdom until you're a bit older - learning from your mistakes is key I've found, fair point though my friend!

Hi Agent, I had an old zombie pension with Prudential that I'd been conned into (by a friends dad of all people when I first started my working life) and was growing at an appalling level and I realised this when getting far more financially savvy around 30ish years of age. I transferred it to a SIPP so I could manage it myself taking a massive hit with fee's on top of the awful growth rate.......its grown so much more than had I left it in that particular fund (I check now and again) and helped in no small way by GGP of late :-)

Green,.....how could you mock the maestro that is RRR??? It is Canary 'Wharfe' mate, a special inter-dimensional zone put in place for RRR using the latest in quantum physics technology. After his shift at Tesco (a very respectable job may I say especially in during a pandemic where we have come to respect shop workers more than ever) he goes to the back where they keep the refuse carts and jumps into one to enter this 'special zone'. Yes please to the in-depth report too, whilst geology isn't a specialist area, research along very scientific and technical lines is a part of my job, so will just read up on any areas I don't understand at first, very much appreciated in advance.

PJ - is the plan to swallow your undoubtedly HUGE losses with PREM and BPC and get in here at your target price and hope to claw the money you have lost back? It seems odd you're not seeing the issues you should be with those two stocks and sharing your 'expertise' on those boards............and yet......spending so much effort here convincing us we're way overvalued. The only thing overvalued is your self-perception of your trading and accountancy skills.

Thank you Paddy, that was an interesting read and certainly the more I read up on the geology (which I genuinely find interesting), the more convinced I am of the potential across the region, not just HAV - making it all that much easier to just sit back and relax.

The great thing about software development is you can be very adaptable and DEV certainly seem to be driven by AGILE PM methodologies, so the future looks very promising ;-)
