Just continuing with very random and emotional posts that don't really have much value-add in evaluating the opportunity here - hence you've been filtered now by so many...........they know you are posting as they see a green filtered message indicator every time you do. Hi Strudel, its easy to go to a firms website even without being registered and get an idea of the listed staffs' backgrounds and then verify it via Linkedin, Wikipedia, news items etc etc if not familiar with any players in any industry without even paying for resources :-) Personally, I would rather verify these things myself than ask a board of already biased investors for the most part where my knowledge isn't deep about something. And of course on a board such as this you may now trust certain posters , so if they seem to be happy with veracity then that can also add some weight to something :-)

why don't you answer Mini's points one by one with your reasoning as to why he is incorrect instead of a personal attack.

Break your argument down into cogent points as your postings haven't really been easy to follow. you have an opportunity here to have that debate you want. For instance why isn't it suitable to commence with opencast method etc.?

Call Option Agreement

Dev Clever, a leading developer of mobile and immersive experiences, announces that Chris Jefferies, Dev Clever ' s founder and Chief Executive Officer, has entered into a Call Option Agreement ("Call Option") with Christopher Akers ("Mr Akers") in respect of 50 million ordinary shares held by Chris Jeffries in Dev Clever at a fixed price of 8.0p per share. The Call Option can be exercised in full, or in part, at any time during the period ending on 31 May 2021 at Mr Akers ' sole discretion.

At present Mr. Akers has an indirect interest in 35,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing circa 8% of the issued share capital in the Company.

Chris Jeffries currently holds 200,000,000 ordinary shares of the Company, representing approximately 45.9% of the issued share capital in the Company, and loan notes convertible into 40,000,000 new ordinary shares of the

Company, representing approximately 9.18% of the issued share capital in the Company.
Chris Jeffries, CEO of Dev Clever, said: "Earlier this year Chris accumulated a meaningful minority shareholding in the Company and I am happy to be giving him this option to acquire additional shares as it demonstrates his confidence in our global EdTech platforms."

Chris Akers added: "The Dev Clever management team has made considerable strides over the past year and their bespoke products and services are now genuinely becoming a recognised force in the EdTech market; as recently demonstrated by their global partnership with Lenovo. Reasons for the transaction

The Company recently announced an exclusive three-year global partnership deal with Lenovo, a leading manufacturer and provider of technology and innovation to the global education market.

The Company's product has been well received in the US market and it is anticipated that Dev Clever will commence activation in other geographies alongside Lenovo in due course. The equity capital provided by the Investor provides Dev Clever with valuable tools to:

(i) accelerate the Company's controlled internal growth plan in combination with
(ii) capturing various complementary platform and service extensions that are likely to substantially broaden and strengthen the Company's overall market offering.

Moreover, the current global health challenges and resulting lifestyle changes are opening up new development avenues (in EdTech and beyond) for Dev Clever's clients and partners. As a result of the agreement with Intrinsic, the Board believes Dev Clever will now be in a stronger position to commit meaningful joint development resources to such initiatives. Further details are expected to be provided in the shareholder circular.

In parallel with the controlled scaling of the Dev Clever organisation and accelerated monetisation, the Company is also focused on its stated objective to broaden and institutionalise the business.
