Hi SB, I like many here would love a scenario of continued revenue from Hav as am lucky enough to have a decent holding here so that would be a truly amazing outcome but I predict that its the least likely outcome for us. The majority of PI's out there (not posting or reading boards) will have a certain price they are happy to agree at for Newcrest to buy the remaining stake in Hav - and this is what I consider the most likely outcome for us. I suspect that Newcrest will be very adept at working out the correct price to get most PI's to vote yes to an offer. However, if we are able to continue onto Scally as oppose to a full takeover (in my mind a full takeover is the 2nd most likely outcome) I'd be thrilled to take the chance that there will more riches awaiting us based on the data and analysis we have had from the more geologically informed amongst us. Anyways - I'm going back to enjoy the weather and wish you all a lovely remainder of the bank holiday :-)

Grant of Share Options

Dev Clever, a leading developer of mobile and immersive experiences, announces that on 20 May 2020 Tim Heaton, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, was granted options ("Options") to acquire 1,200,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").

The Options, granted under the Company's EMI scheme, are exercisable at a price of 10 pence per Ordinary Share.

These options are subject to continuous employment; one third of the Options being exercisable on the first anniversary of grant, one third are exercisable on the second anniversary of grant; and one third are exercisable on the third anniversary of grant.

These options were agreed at the time of Mr Heaton's joining and have been awarded given his significant contribution to the commercialisation of the Company's products.

The Options expire on 20 May 2030 if not exercised.

In aggregate, Tim Heaton has been granted options over 5,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.19 per cent of the current issued share capital of the Company.

Following the grant of the Options, the total number of Ordinary Shares outstanding under option arrangements is 25,144,751, representing 5.77 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

I was with Big Blue for my sins - scope of the roles I held enabled me to work with some of the most amazing people from across the globe so nothing but happy memories in that regard.......although I don't miss corporate life :-) At least we can agree there is potential with this project - its the reason we're all here.

PJ, I have to disagree that you've been at all clear with all respect Balanced viewpoints are important but you've been posting very random and broken posts to the point that POTUS Trump appears more rational than you. I have formerly worked for one of the worlds largest American firms twice for a total of almost two decades , so assume you moved over to the UK very young as don't get an American vibe from you at all. Also, are you a vampire as you seem to have lived through every historical period known to man. Not that I am in any way calling you a bloodsucker.......but Count Trump has a ring about it :-) Would be great to see what positives you see in this project as you like to stress you have a balanced viewpoint............what lead you to invest here?

You must be quite confused PJ. You list reason after reason for others to not invest here for weeks now, yet still you invested a few days go (apparently for the first time). Why have you invested if you see no positive outcome? Also, its increasingly hard to believe that you don't have a very personal dislike of PC for some reason. So many investments to choose from and you seem almost obsessive about your small holding (your words) here. Curiouser and curiouser!

Hi Womo, I took it as Akers having chosen to conduct the transaction mate, Chantal's are showing under Director trades now too and they were part of the same RNS. Regardless, all looking very good moving forward and that's the important thing! Will look again a bit closer at RNS though.

I suppose someone could use separate browsers for each login Terrafin - certainly there are some who use multiple id's on these boards I suspect, one personality always slips into the other no matter how hard they try though and easy enough to help that along i...... great news today (especially for the LTH's) and I am sure matetrs will translate to good results given time - always takes patience - have a great weekend all !

Sam, they're on the sister company BB too now.......not invested there, just had an inkling to check. Hopefully matters take off really well here soon and they can recover their losses, don't like to see anyone out of pocket. We all get a few curveballs thrown at us.
