Exactly who THE AG is might be a good question to answer in order to answer that?) Its good to know what experience someone conducting an analysis of any kind has and perhaps what influencing factors to consider. I've seen Gwen Preston from Mining Maven mentioned, but this was just some old twitter post and could be completely wrong of course......

Yep - if it was as easy as that - they would have done that by now.

At the end of the day - how much is The AG's blog (or the likes of Gregorio's accompanying expert analysis) going to affect our investment..........perhaps we should base our reaction and time spent thinking about it on that :-)

volumes seem down on quite a few of my stocks this week oddly..... maybe everyone is going crazy with spare cash at the shops lol Plenty of queues at the shopping centres near me :-)

Gregorio, I'm sure we'll find out if The AG is willing to take on board some of the more informed opinions here and engage in debate, alongside the newer data in order to revisit his calculations. He does appear to be keeping an eye on the drilling from his closing comment.

No firm idea on timescales personally 566822tn as the world is so crazy due to pandemic , but if F2F is a requirement then a meeting will be quite a few weeks away I would bet, its a matter of being patient now. I will say that from my own experience of having working twice in a multinational organisation in internationally focused marketing roles (making up to about two decades of experience) that in certain countries such as China (having also travelled there) they tend to favour F2F at this level of business and seniority.

Blimey mate......I can assure you I'm not his number one fan or anyone's on the entire LSE site- its an anonymous BB after all. I haven't seen his posts that far back as only been here since Jan mate but I'm sure PC isn't losing sleep over Safe's posts. I don't think you understood either my post or Safe properly or his reply to me- maybe you don't pick up well on subtle humour.

Like I said - I recognise the journey here for LTH's from my own experiences so am happy for all LTH as I know the feeling once the permit will come in after years of waiting - and looking forward to a further growth in my holding here too :-)

You can't take anything too seriously or personally on anonymous internet boards Rodster - although I get you have a lot invested here as I do on other investments and over time you probably know some of the LTH's here quite well. But I rarely get upset with negative posters. It doesn't matter how negative or indeed positive some are to me, experienced investors will always follow their own mind and rarely if ever does one individual on a BB have the power to influence a stock :-)

Just having a bit of fun with Safe Rodster :-) I know what we have here mate and I'm glad a major milestone is looking like it will soon be reached for all of you as I've said before, a very friendly bunch to newer investors.

We know why he's been as he is, he just loaded up too expensively early on and its why I've never really had a pop at him as seems like its a lot of money he is down on. Perhaps, Safe should also take the blame more on his own shoulders as ultimately we press the buy/sell buttons.........PC didn't force him to buy in after all.......but I hope he gets it back and more and all patient LTH's also get their rewards. I always advocate patience in investing myself and if I screw up, personally, I try and learn the lesson and apply in the future rather than post negatively - waste of time and bad for your mental health I feel :-)

I've done the same plenty of times myself TO over the years :-) Last 5-10 years plus I just try and identify good stocks and get in from an early enough point to be able to buy a decent volume but ensure to an extent its fairly derisked and try and keep the average down, easier said than done of course!
I then plan to hold on long-term unless something really major occurs meaning its time to sell up pronto and save my butt....... but I totally get top-slicing and it has saved my bacon before as well.
When I first started looking at GGP late 2019 looking for gold plays as I really felt 2020 would see a market correction, I just kept on wondering what I was 'missing' as seemed absurd it wasn't more popular with investors and priced higher - by early Jan 2020 I felt I'd read up enough on both GGP and exploration to commence buying in (helped by the excellent research here) . I do feel its a very rare opportunity here for us here, regardless of the Sunday night visitors and tesco traders trying to dissuade us :-) We might get a few more bites at the cherry TO with the other licenses yet too!

I don't think 12p is boring Enrico :-) We were all going crazy waiting for double figures just a little while ago! Patience has already been well rewarded here, even for those of us who invested in 2020 - and will continue to be rewarded :-)

Also seen new accounts ramping dev on a few other boards the last few days so assuming some of these annoying day traders will be looking here for quick profits once we shed the seller.....

Its not just the unfortunate circumstances through the pandemic that have created an opportunity here. I decided to invest in early Jan while looking for a EdTech company with a very strong probability of quick growth and saw that Lenovo had a MOU with them for an international rollout (now formalised and in process). I never invest solely on eh basis of a potential takeover but its certainly a possibility down the road, regardless, I see a substantial increase in share price mid to long term which is my investment style.

For myself, this is a strong post covid investment play with the capabilities for Dev's product market far more familiar now with those of us using technology in place of F2F for our businesses and/or educational purposes and will correlate to a an even larger market . I feel back up plans will need to be in place for educational institutions for remote teaching for instance as part of normal risk management and perhaps the shift to utilising technology more and more has been accelerated by the pandemic, very likely I assume.

DYOR though as personally I never invest in anything I have not researched fully and it is my informed decision alone - not some anonymous poster (like myself ) on a BB. Dev's Investor section on their website has an excellent report from VOX under the New Investor Research sub menu. Again - DYOR though not just on Dev but EdTech market forecasts :-)
