Pathfinder announces that all resolutions proposed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held earlier today were duly passed by way of a poll.
Dennis Edmonds, Non-executive Chairman of Pathfinder, commented:

Who cares if some are selling? Buying and selling create the liquidity in a market after all. Just because we see the potential doesn't mean everyone has too.
In business nothing is guaranteed, good leadership teams can make the best of the most challenging circumstances with modest resources and poor leadership teams can ruin a business with all the promise in the world.
The permit is through and we have a very promising opportunity - in the coming weeks and months we'll see if the SRES team can deliver or not - results will speak for themselves going forward.

Great we got the interview, like many Bumbles/Safe he's not a natural at interviews or public speaking as I could hear a slight waver in his voice at times but thats where Polly came in helping to drive the interview and questions for both PC's good (covid resistance etc.) and hers to create good content for Proactive.
Do wish he'd focused a bit on the medical market for marijuana as its a huge driver for perlite, as is legalised adult use of cannabis in the states (which he did touch upon tbf) and not likely to be affected by covid.

bsg4, why not find something more meaningful to pass the time mate :-) Do some /increase your exercise and get fitter or perhaps increase your professional qualifications through CPD? Spend time with family etc.?

I agree Twiggy - takes a bit of research to understand pozz and perlite and the market potential for both and look into the other opportunities with Gold/Copper/Silve and in teh safest mining jurisdiction in teh world.
To some, not as obvious as the pharma and gold chasing currently in fashion :-)
Safe - I just don't think PC has a meaningful enough profile to influence your average investor either way mate - he isn't Elon Musk or Branson exactly :-)

No mate, i assume that is some ramper or deramper taht was banned? :-) Dip is my actual nickname (British asian) and 666 was believe it or not the number of a house I once owned (not haunted or a portal to hell!). God knows why but I added it to my account name on a whim as 'dip' was taken. Also never occurred to me that 'dip' might be misconstrued as its my nickname lol Read my posts on the investments I do post on and you'll see I'm obviously just a normal investor, definitely no time or inclination for day trading :-)

There are LTH's here that have obviously been patiently waiting here for years since before the licensing situ BFern,. Chances are that they will likely continue to see this through if they stuck it out this long. What is gained by winding LTH's up with rude posts mate.
You could get your point across with more maturity when the two posters you are mocking were obviously not being rude or ramping (unless optimism is ramping now?). You seem to know the sector well and be an older gent - so your behaviour is all the more disappointing. Oh well.
