I know Barnard, the ramper/deramper could be the same person/s so I am always highly cautious with anonymous boards and twitter accounts. Not suggesting Akers or Duff are being misleading - more so these twitter AIM trader type accounts.
I do know what I do trust and thats my own experience in the tech sector and in research being part of my professional skill set outside investing. I was and still remain convinced this is one of the best stocks in EdTech on the market for those looking for massive growth potential and we'll either end up owning shares in a very influential company in the sector or being bought out at a very decent price based on where we are at the time. Valuations can be very generous in the tech sector.
Not convinced it will be Google though as our mystery ramper keeps suggesting although Google Classroom have made acquisitions in the past - so you never know and will apologise in that eventuality lol
It might be someone like Udacity, Udemy, Age Of Learning, ByJu's or perhaps one of our partners in Veative or Lenovo may want us in the future as M&A is generally very active in tech sector. Regardless, I expect Dev to become a very successful company in the next 12-18 months.

I'm sure we'll see a move up on confirmation of contracts , from personal experience of running my own business, it's never fun getting the go ahead in a timely manner, some clients seem to spend an eternity getting legal review and/or budget holder approval and lets not even talk about paying their invoices on time, the bigger the tardier I find :-)

Having quite a red day today, especially on precious metal stocks - I don't see any valid reason for the drop here :-)

I do wonder if the large number of new and inexperienced investors in stocks,crypto, gold etc. due to the pandemic , markets tanking initially then recovering, furlough boredom, sports betters looking for a fix etc. are why we see so much volatility such as with the POG retrace today......regardless, I invested here prior to all of that so going to hold firm :-)

Sunset, trading volume today seems barely a tenth of usual 3 month average so assume thats why you're not getting a bite on dummy sells......

Not sure if our ramper has any news but I hear on teh grapevine that their last tip on Willy Wonka's plannedtakeover of Dev has fallen through!
Apparently poor Willy is coping with a strike by the Oompa Loompa's who are campaigning for equal pay to their human colleagues.......

You can check the December 2019( dated 4th and 19th) RNS's for details on the acquisition agreement (too long to paste here) and reasons why mining was suspended by KMG due to a depressed silver price making it uneconomical for them to continue at the time. The acquisition seems well timed and fortuitous looking at the current silver price.

Already a few of us in here, I'm sure more new investors in general will follow as not many opportunities of this vein (pun intended) when researching silver exposure through AIM and I really like the iron ore prospects too :-)

Hi Twiggy, market cap is not always aligned to the true 'value' of a company (market sentiment, hype for instance with unsubstantiated rumours of a new contract/takeover etc throws this off kilter frequently. ), I prefer to think of a share price as a value that indicates the perceived future potential of a company by investors, akin to the the global stock indices which reflect the optimism or pessimism for the future of a nations economy- they don't always correlate to the actual state of the economy at the present time. Look at how the current pandemic has tanked the price of some companies that in reality still have excellent fundamentals.

I agree Bottmzup - its a psychological thing with round numbers and entering double digits and can see it being tested a few times before a breakthrough, am very sure we'll break over the 10p though soon enough - look at how far we have got since early 2020 :-)

Hi all, Invested here a fortnight ago having come across Alien while researching for a good silver stock on AIM :-) Fortunate to have invested in GGP early 2020 while looking for a gold stock and can certainly see the same type of opportunity here but will need patience as others have said, but the timing looks fantastic with current SP and the expected boom in precious metals :-) GLA

I don't think including that line in the RNS indicates a potential sale tbh, best to not jump to conclusions, just explains what should happen if this scenario occurs to the warrants.
