The Company announces that Peter Taylor, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, acquired 3,200,00 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 28 August 2020 at an average price of 0.737 pence per Ordinary Share.

As a result, Mr Taylor's total beneficial interest in the Company is 7,200,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.00 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.

Hopefully the prospectus will be released by the end of the month daramunda as I think it is scheduled for completion on or before 31st August from memory :-)

Honestly Sam, not being negative mate - just a preference in strategy as I think the CS project is such a unique and amazing opportunity and so so close now........ plenty of reasons to be celebrating by year end is my prediction :-)

Not moaning chap, I expect placings at this stage BUT not overly keen on some of the money raised going on drilling other prospects at this stage. Many of us posting here are experienced and successful investors who know what we're talking about and also have actual commercial experience in getting companies launched and profitable to back our opinions up.
I understand the thinking looking at the precious metals boom so I'll look through the license info again later this week when less busy to assess the potential as not looked at them since Jan.
Personally, I want the focus kept on CS project - its why I invested here. Quite bluntly - I have better companies I have invested in for their exploration prospects.
