Barnards not a pump and dump merchant Sunset - just a positive shareholder whose personal research and conviction makes him believe Dev will continue to reap him growth on his portfolio as it has to date - as am I.
Doesn't mean I'm not rational - if i ever feel Dev isn't going to keep growing I will exit. Currently more than happy since I started my journey here in January.
Dev was part of a real shakeup of my portfolio as I was convinced of a market correction related to my conclusion on global economic turmoil through my professional work whilst researching an outlook for Digital Marketing trends end of 2019. One of the sectors I decided I wanted to build a positions in was this one - EdTech.
Dev stood out as the best opportunity with a cheap entry as my experience within the tech sector lead me to believe Lenovo would move forward with Dev to build a positive partnership, Veative has been an unanticipated brucie bonus.
Covid popped up instead causing anticipated turmoil and more - but does make me think long-term Dev will be even better placed as a part of my portfolio.
I'm not a trader although I enjoy technical analysis as i love data and numbers so do enjoy the tribulations of price swings and trying to predict what may occur next. I always buy into companies with intention for a long journey - nothing to date has convinced me I should exit Dev.
We'll see what tomorrow holds in terms of prospectus and I'll evaluate from there. I am always open minded about all outcomes - just don't get the attitude of some intentionally winding up people like Barnard who are obviously genuine investors.

Maiden Drilling targets identified at Hamersley Iron Ore Projects Alien Metals Ltd (LSE AIM:UFO) (“Alien Metals” or the “Company”), a minerals exploration and development company, is pleased to advise that further to the RNS dated 9th October 2020, the Company’s technical team is able to report on the successfully completed detailed geological mapping
and sampling programme at the Company’s Hamersley Iron Ore Projects.
Highlights:
- Detailed geological mapping and sampling completed over four of the five priority prospects
o Field observations indicate that the BHP 19 and BHP 20 prospects may be part of same larger system
o Additional prospective iron ore units mapped at the Brockman Iron project
- Programme has been successful in validating previously announced Maiden Exploration Targets
across both projects
- 95 samples were taken across the projects, with assay results expected late October 2020
o Preliminary Handheld XRF results are consistent with those observed in the 2019 field programme, with reported ranges of 40-70% Fe
o High-grade sample locations extend previously mapped prospective areas which are outside of those incorporated into the Company’s maiden Exploration Target
- Final results from sample assays and detailed mapping to assist with preparation of maiden drilling campaign
- Alien Metals has commenced preparing a Program of Works (“POW”) for submission ahead of drilling

Chief Executive Officer, Bill Brodie Good said: “The findings from the recently completed field programme are extremely pleasing and further validate the Company’s exploration targets. The field work has expanded upon the previous site visit, with the validation of recent research and the potential increase in projected DSO mineralisation within both tenements. It should be noted that the field team advised how busy both areas were in terms of neighbouring companies working in the
region which further encourages us to push on with both projects.
“The Company’s technical team is compiling and finalising the geological mapping across the Hamersley projects which will give us valuable information ahead of maiden drilling programmes. With over 90 samples collected from only four prospects in a short field programme, we are very encouraged and look forward to some comparable analytical results of the XRF readings to complement the visible interpretations made by the team. We are already considering the follow up program to cover the fifth target not reached yet which in itself still has great potential.”

It is definitely the US elections, Covid fears etc. making some exit the market Tom as for many their jobs are no longer secure or they may have lost them already sadly and we do look like we may be in for a tough few months in those regards across the globe.
The latest report tonight is the only thing that is on my mind (in a good way) and what t means going into the MRE and further into 2021.
Jane's info. seems to indicate even more drilling activity and NCM going deeper down in some way or another next year, so I'm even more optimistic tonight is going to be another fantastic report night - regardless of what happens with the share price in the next few days or weeks even :-))

Rees, best never to buy on a really large spike - did it myself in the early days - only way you learn is through mistakes for most of us, no matter grow many times you're told lol
This is a sector to think long term if you are not a day trader and get researching - not just about the actual company and sector .....learn more about geology and exploration techniques and the better jurisdictions to be investing in etc.
Learn about TA too if you are inclined that way as can help with entry, exit and analysis of trends, no matter if you are a trading or holding type as it never hurts to have more tools in your toolbox when it comes to investing.
My advice here in your situ is:
1/ Evaluate where you think UFO might be if this happens or that happens with each opportunity we have?
2/ Evaluate the probability for positive or negative outcomes for those scenarios and probable timeframes.
3/ If it all looks good based on your own risk profile and requirement for the funds invested - then yes, you can hold for the long term or you may have to choose a point to cut your losses.
4/ Constantly evaluate and research everything and update your plans for each investment
- US elections and covid fears for instance will have to be considered for the immediate timeframe and weighted against your strategies. Building a flow chart might help you for each company.

CS Project, Nevada, USA (100% owned by Sunrise)
The Company has recently contracted Kimball Equipment Company of Reno, Nevada to
supply and operate a mobile crushing and screening plant to process a 100-ton bulk sample of raw perlite from the Company’s CS Project.
The plant will comprise a crusher, high frequency screens and associated conveyors and will be a basic version of the plant that is proposed for the initial production facility and for which the Company recently received its air quality permit.
The perlite bulk sample will be processed into two separate size-grades of horticultural raw
perlite. Interest in a new source of raw perlite has been very strong and material will initially be sent to five potential customers who will expand the raw perlite in their commercial facilities. Plans to supply additional customers are in progress.
Different customers who expand perlite for end-use horticultural markets do so in different
types of furnaces and consequently will achieve different production rates and yields of
expanded perlite using the same ore source and so must test the material prior to committing to offtake agreements.
A by-product of the raw perlite production test will be approximately 60 tons of fine grained (-16 mesh) perlite which will be ground for use as natural pozzolan and production of a test
concrete pour.
Over the next few weeks, the Company will move forward with detailed engineering and
financial planning. The Company is also planning to conduct infill drilling before the end of the year in the starter pit area and exploration drilling in the large, and largely unexplored, NE Exploration Area of natural pozzolan.
The Company is working towards a start to commercial production in Spring 2021.

Project Updates
CS Pozzolan-Perlite Project, Nevada USA
-- Commercial-scale plant assembled for trial processing.
-- 100-ton bulk sample of perlite to be processed at the end of this week..
-- Approx. 20-30 tons of coarse horticultural grade raw perlite to be split between five different customers across the USA for expansion testing.
-- Raw perlite fines to be prepared for larger scale pozzolan grinding test and concrete pour.
-- Aiming for first commercial production in Spring 2021.
Clayton Silver-Gold Project, Nevada USA
-- Drilling contract signed - drilling to start on or around 29(th) October.
-- Drilling to follow up historic exploration where a number of holes ended in mineralisation or did not reach the target depth e.g. CL-15 which intersected 7.6m grading 4.8 ounces/ton (165 grammes/tonne) silver from 82.3m depth to the base of hole, ending in mineralisation.
-- Historic grades were reportedly understated due to loss of fine silver-bearing sulphide minerals during previous percussion drilling programmes.
Other Projects, Nevada & Australia
-- Notice of intent to drill Newark Gold Project in Nevada submitted to Bureau of Land Management.
-- Planning to drill Baker's Gold project in Western Australia.
Commenting today Sunrise Executive Chairman Patrick Cheetham said : "I am pleased to advise that good progress is being made at our permitted CS Perlite-Pozzolan Project to deliver tonnage quantity test samples of perlite to a range of customers as part of the offtake negotiations.
