Appears Mr Rational Analyst has got himself banned again - no posts showing and seems to have disappeared from the Top Posters list.

When I invested at around mid 2020 I wasn't expecting to be at 10p by xMas as some were stating for unknown reasons last year, and it didn't escape my notice many of them are no longer here. The next 12-18 months beginning from now is when I personally expect to see if buying in when I did will start to pay off.
Its exploration - so patience is required and an acceptance that volatility will be part of the journey which is why I avoid getting too hooked on share price movement, IMO we should see progress the next few months and I do expect to see PM's and miners become attractive again by Q3.

I agree Twiggy - I do expect to profit one way or another from my investment here, the biggest risk for me was the mining permit.
I didn't mean I expect closure by EOY as in a completed sale for example, just clarity and progress on whichever strategy PC pursues and given we have 9 full months - I do expect we will :-))

My view is that this year will pretty much either get things moving on the CS Project or not and most of us I assume are convinced that the valuations made on our envelopes confirmed our investment level vs our risk profile balanced out.
The PM licenses will take time to explore for JV or divestment potential to be unearthed and then put into practice. They seem very busy at TYM as well without as yet compelling results IMO - having had a look there as well in case I was missing an investment opportunity.
The best opportunity for PC across both companies is surely the CS Project , 2021 will confirm whether he can make a go of it.
Sometimes it is good to simplify decision making, decide how long you are prepared to wait and just exit if your deadline is breached.

Is it me, but there seems to an urgency emanating from some of the less optimistic posters who have newer accounts today - or as they say their 'realistic' and 'balanced' views, but they do seem a bit on edge this morning.
Just an unemotional and rational observation from someone who is content to sit on GGP for the long term :-)

Remember the detractors while spending a few months consolidating from around 7-9p late last year?
Well we're looking to break 40p and £1- £2 targets now seem realistic.
And we can expect increased revenue, a new material contract and geographical expansion to continue.
It's all good in the hood IMO :-)

Think she interviewed him earlier this year too and he was suggesting a pullback at the time into a growth period from around April, so Willem has been consistent TBF

Yes - I don't think 40p is going to be our ceiling for 2021 - far from it - we have a lot of influential players either invested or involved with Dev through the committee and a lot of potential for revenue growth :-)

@jack - brilliant chap - didn't mean to upset you and your theory is definitely within the margins of probability and shouldn't be discounted out of hand.
Like Chain I also wonder what benefit Shaun Day would have coming into the role though if that is the roadmap decided on, it wouldn't be appealing enough to leave the role he had surely - although some might reply he could end up with a seat at NCM.
Certainly hasn't escaped my attention that the likes of Willem Middlekop keep talking about a buyout and I did think in early days that NCM would be most keen on this route.
I do think we have very feasible routes to becoming a partner in some aspect too in regards to Hav and besides the other macro factors there is something going on as Hydro suggests.
Personally I felt SD coming onboard was more weighted towards a production outcome but open to debate and yours is a sound theory too mate. It is all part of the excitement of active investing and pondering these corporate chess plays is as enjoyable as learning about the geology and engineering aspects.

Apologies Jack, I hate cross ramping and you've done it with ECR and EEE if memory serves me correctly - but others found GGP because of it - so it's a double edged sword I guess .
I did find Bob interesting too - but posts like that tend to get removed by mods even without reports for obvious reasons.
Manipulation or not (where there is money there is corruption) there are also a lot of other factors such as investor sentiment on POG, Inflation, Yield Curve Control , potential for recovery or not that are affecting us and our contemporaries too.
Currently - I am prepared to wait to PFS and reassess strategy at that point as my personal forecasts on various factors mentioned above are that mining stocks will again become highly attractive to investors heading into 2022 - but I continually assess my position and keep a flexible approach. And if we are being manipulated - I can do nothing about it - so I won't worry about it either :-)

You sold at some point quite early on didn't you in 2020 JackTheBear and bought back in around the 20's? I think I also remember you cross ramping ECR too a few months ago, not judging but there have been many who stayed the course, others who sold at some point to invest elsewhere and some of those have recently bought back :-)
It is genuinely interesting to see where we might be in 24 months, will those of us who held on for longer periods made more profit or those who sold out and then back in? You will have a select few who sold in high 30s and then went on to profit on other stocks too, but the minority I think.
My point is it is much too early to judge what was the best strategy in relation to GGP :-)

So sorry to hear you lost your job Robbie , totally understand why you are so bugged out mate, like many here I do believe Havieron is a once in a lifetime investment opportunity for people like us and hope we see a really quick recovery to help you and your family :-)

Definitely no too Robbie, I think he has been 'arsing about' presenting to potential institutional investors at a virtual Berenberg investor roadshow this week. ;-))
That is the kind of activity I expect from him, not wasting time tweeting because we had a 3 or 4 percent drop but understand your concerns mate.
I get the 'skin in the game' type argument too but give the guy time and also realise we are moving in the big boy zone now, not some startup hoping to find a meaningful discovery, we have Havieron and need to ensure we see full value whether it gets sold or we go in as partners in some capacity etc.

JV - you had a bit of a strop that I mentioned how easy it is take a screenshot from a trading platfor, edit it to match it to listed trades with ease and speed on a smartphone.
I posted this as a general warning for others, I made a point of noting that I was not specifically implying you are a liar - just a warning to other investors that this capability should be factored in. You pop up as a new poster and then start posting links to your trades, I don't recall anyone else on any board in over a decade doing this.
It is all about balance as you keep saying and most of us have never met in person, so I stand by it. It is a reasonable warning towards other less technically informed investors.
I've posted I have a decent size holding before and I could well be lying through my back teeth - as only a few people who read this board know me in real life.
Most of us are judging each other through the posts we make over the time we are active here and earn trust over time - it can not be assumed I should trust you and vice versa chap.
Perspective and opinions matter - not just yours mate - perhaps you need to be a bit more open minded towards others too :-)
