Thank you both for your replies and that is so much better in understanding your concerns and I share many of them although my desired plan of action may differ. I've had a quick brainstorm using your points and created a list.....
*Concerns of shareholders in regards to the CS Project*
• Lack of due diligence and bad project management causing a delay in initial testing has been a huge disappointment when we are already far behind general expectations for most shareholders since the mine permit.
• No clarification on how many potential clients we might be testing for, any information on NDA’s being in place for ongoing discussions and negotiations
• To date no depth of clarity on Patrick's preferred route to monetisation i.e JV, self-financed production and detailed funding plans.
• Lack of meaningful information in recent RNS’s, webinar etc. Too much is still open to conjecture and theorising vs actual direct statements from Patrick that can settle our concerns.
• Despite being informed the CS Project is ‘fully funded’ how much of the £1m last raised has been allocated towards other projects and will the remainder be sufficient if we go forward without a JV or will we require more funding?
• Do we have the skills we need in terms of non-geological areas such as sales and marketing to generate the interest we need to move ahead into a JV or production? If not, shouldn’t we look at bringing the right people in?
• Many of us are concerned at the focus on other projects and would prefer either the sole or majority of focus to be on the CS Project.
• If we are not generating any interest with potential clients then have you been pursuing a JV?
• Have you been proceeding with plans to go into production if there is no JV interest?
• Have you put any effort into a potential full sale of the assets and promoted this to see if any interest is generated? Has any been expressed?
• Have you been researching funding (such as federal, state etc.) and sponsorship (green charities etc.) using the environmentally friendly nature of our project and can you share any details?
• If you are doing your utmost on all fronts but not having any success, should the prospect of putting the CS Project on hold be put on the table due to the lack of interest and decide to focus on our other projects such as the Bay State Project?
