Park - GGP and Dev have many shareholders like me who are sitting on 6 or 7 figure gains and still plenty of upside and much reduction of risk - many of us only bought in 18-24 months ago.
I don't claim to be a genius BTW - I got lucky but surely increased my luck by research and then patience despite some scary times on both by focusing on fundamentals?
Who has made the biggest gains on ARB, EUA etc. to date - those who bought and held in the last 18-24 months too I reckon. So many who wish they'd held and not traded post on those boards too.
I am NOT saying UFO is assured to do the same - I just think it might do - DYOR.
What am saying is I suggest a narrow portfolio, focus on quality companies with high growth potential and don't chase rainbows willy nilly.

It's shocking how little many PI's understand about crypto or NFT's but invest in them, but the same can be said for this sector I guess.
Devs a funny one in CJ is a visionary and that has been ideal only because he has been able to find some very serious and experienced large investors and also employ some very impressive people on the BOD to channel that vision- it's why I like to evaluate the entire team and other influential players collectively.
I mean look at GGP - poor Callum the geo genius hardly gets any credit compared to GH - now if he had left instead - I'd have been worried!

1. GH (GGP) - but I am happy with SD as a replacement moving forward - he is what we need now
2. CJ (DEVD)
3. BBG (UFO)
I have a few other holdings but the CEO scores less or I am perhaps not keen on him/her but it is that the potential opportunity is enticing enough.
Like yourself Arkonite my top 2 have given me insane returns in 2020/21 despite retraces. I have to say I look at the BOD collectively though vs focusing on the CEO alone and overall there are many other factors with as much importance to me.
Now are we going to be lucky enough a third time with UFO?!

That is the problem Safe - we don't know everything going on but I would have assumed the CRMC has requested an NDA - I'd be surprised if they hadn't honestly.
Certainly the service my old company used to provide to HEI's and BSO's would require myself and my business partner to sign an NDA during negotiation stages due to the inherent advantage a competitor might gain from knowing they were thinking of utilising our services for their own client base. This is a similar scenario I would argue?
Unfortunately - unless PC does have other suitors and isn't tied in to exclusivity then yes - we have to wait and see mate but while they don't need us 'tomorrow' - ultimately they will so I tend to think it isn't a case of if but when.

Safe they screwed up for sure and cost us time - can't deny that and no one is.
But the CRMC isn't going to pander to SRES - they'll do what they deem necessary and at their own pace - we do have something of intrinsic value but not something they need tomorrow - they will take their time and play the negotiation game.
Give it till the EOY bar any bad news and evaluate is my strategy - but your money - your decision mate.

Wolfy - we knew that the 45 days was up so if they didn't inform us - some would be moaning at no news, what is going on Bill - I prefer being told.
I know the RNS is 'no news yet' so get it is annoying some. Being a glass half full type I'm leaning towards the 30 day extension is because it is looking increasingly viable but more work required to clarify.

Nap owns and runs a business, I co-owned ran one over a decade ago just after turning 30 financially securing me for the rest of my life after a few years. You don't break laws but you certainly test the limits where required to be successful but remain within the law - such as being tax efficient by employing a reputable and talented accountancy team.
I hope to god that we have a BOD that has this kind of business acumen and drive. Business is all about people in the end.
Just business as usual as FG says - do the tailings make sense economically and provide a cash flow and has everything been done with due legal process is all I am concerned about. I want a savvy BOD getting deals done and increasing my wealth. Do the likes of TW raise 'concerns' for shareholder wellbeing or for their own subscriptions and net worth.......

Looking through star brights posting he has a narrow focus on certain areas, this leads to him picking up on matters many don't which is a positive although learning to be less arrogant might help him get his point across.
But perhaps also lends itself to giving more credence to his own areas of specialty and ignoring others opinions or giving little to no importance to other factors he should be considering. Definitely wasn't a team player IMO.
I am always going to go with a more balanced approach and be happy to take onboard other opinions and focuses in areas I am not strong on to ensure I don't miss something positive or negative. If just my own opinion matters what is the point of wasting time on these boards?!

Not 'excited' - just if it plays out it will be a nice unexpected bonus mate - was pretty clear in this and other posts related to the potential project that it isn't integral to my investment case for UFO :-)

Very valid point HH, a matter of a few extra weeks doesn't matter in the end and it isn't as important to me as the progress on the iron ore front this year.
If the tailings works out as a viable opportunity then great and if not then it wasn't factored into my initial investment case last year - so all good :-)

I think we might be due an update on the E.Hills silver tailings from the tail end of next week leading into July........

Checking my notes I do have this week earmarked for a potential update on Bakers results and concrete trials around mid july - unfortunately I didn't write down why mid-july for the trials but I may have been accounting for a delay based on the fact they were being 'organised' as opposed to conducted......

NPS mate - found a lot of your posts useful so happy to help and does appear that we are seeing a bit of positive sentiment return today to this sector along with PM's, fingers crossed :-))

I think he is rightfully besotted with Hav and his obsession is to our benefit mate but UFO may well have its day in the sun too :-)
