Just listened to last nights presentation and these were the more interesting sections for me:-

Big focus on NCM being in a ‘Growth Phase’ throughout, also reflected by Fraser presenting at Diggers and Dealers perhaps.
Copper exposure and plans to increase exposure highlighted

Long Term goals in sustainability at Hav/Telfer - 10 mins
Solar Power, Low Carbon electrification of equipment amongst some other new tech

Growth Potential - 20 mins
SE Crescent deeps - discovered higher grade zone with some of highest grades seen so far highlighting potential to add higher grade ounces to resource

Summary of Sandeep’s response
- Hav is well and truly on fast track
- Literally do not know the size of Hav yet,
- Study focusing on how to mine existing resource
- As drilling continues to define the different configurations outside existing resource in play then likely different mining studies required
- Crescent zone is where initial resource is and more selective mining methods will be used
- Recent drill holes released show that Crescent zone may go deeper outside the resources which is advantageous as all capital outlay now will be applied across a bigger resource
- Other areas yet to be fully explored show different shapes and growth profiles and if proved to be contiguous may be suitable for bulk mining methods
- Focus is to get HG tonnes from Crescent Zone into Telfer ASAP while working on what the entire deposit looks like
- Get the cash flowing as soon as you can
- How long can we keep Telfer going until Hav gets going, how long is the overlap period, focus on avoiding a hiatus between the two phases.

Same as Dubs - main nugget I gleaned was the reference to 'final test' in DD process by CRMC. otherwise we knew the rest but good to be getting some air time and write ups to help attract attention and hopefully build up some investment by retail and institutional investors.
Feel he was given some good prompts by the interviewer and could have 'sold' the project and progress of late better, but just isn't his wheelhouse and never will be.
The important thing is to get the deals done and hopefully we'll have some positive news in closing the first in next few weeks or so :-)

- Some time now collaborating with CRMC in trials with initial lab test work on materials followed by testing a 500 ton sample, they did a test grind in one of their commercial facilities and then used in two commercial test pours as a 'final test' in their DD process.
- Tests went remarkably well - briefly recaps highlights from latest RNS in regards to strength etc.
- Discusses how Biden's infrastructure spend will be very positive as concrete is a major material in this kind of spend and is expecting a further increase in demand. Also mentions Biden has embraced the Climate Ban which will ultimately result in extinction of Coal Fire Power Stations eventually.
- Closes by mentioning that other potential clients have asked for material for trials, also driven by green energy transition and infrastructure spend, no more detail given though.

Sunrise Resources PLC (AIM:SRES, FRA:S4D) (AIM:SRES) executive chairman Patrick Cheetham joins Proactive London about the market opportunities in the pozzolan sector as well as their most recent results from recent commercial concrete pours using natural pozzolan from its CS pozzolan-perlite deposit in Nevada, US.

Matty, I understand your concerns but this scenario really doesn't fit the past behaviour of NCM and what they constantly communicate, look at Frasers comments on partnership in the Diggers & Dealers presentation where he mentioned 'Partnership' as the first of three pillars in their exploration and growth strategy .
H said that most of their projects are through a preferred method of JV’s or option deals, helping them capture good ground and work with good partners to share and learn from. He also encouraged explorers to approach them to review their projects.
Then consider how it aligns with Shaun's stated strategy already evidenced through hiring a new group mining engineer and HSE Mgr as part of a core team to act as good partners with NCM to scrutinise, understand and contribute towards all aspects of the Hav project.

I did note Mark Bristow, Barrick's CEO talking about his organic growth strategy about 22mins into the link below which was really interesting as he considers exploration as the only way to create real value in mining and also talks about the dangers of poor acquisitions.

Thats right mate - Fraser's presentation covered the 3 new targets - from my Diggers & Dealers notes:-

*Growth program in place
- Testing series of exploration targets to support potential resource growth in three main areas over the next 12 months.
- SE Crescent Deeps (HG open at depth): drilling sitting below resource is still open with significant intercepts, trying to define extent of the higher grade and continuity of mineralisation
- Northern and Eastern Breccia Targets (Open HG Mineralisation): NW Hav trending corridor hosting two zones of higher-grade mineralisation in N Breccia and NW pod. Drilling around these to define footprint of the higher grade and to see if the corridor links into a bigger single zone of mineralisation.
Work on Eastern Breccia is early stage with only a handful of holes into it so they don’t currently understand the geological controls and dimensions of system, but encouraged by some good intercepts and presence of HG which could indicate the presence of an additional NW corridor, currently testing this concept.
- 3 new targets within Hav proximity: with potentially similar Geophysical properties, so again the question is, are there more Hav’s floating around Hav?

Just the general market and particularly at the minute this sector me thinks - this probably won't be a quick solution due to litigation and the government/parties involved , as always patience required as if something does work out it will be hard to catch :-)

They won't tell you anything via email of any worth anyway mate - just the usual every company does that anything like that will be released via RNS etc. etc,
Literally it is a case of either wait patiently on the basis you think they're working on securing something with a client or sell up/reduce if out of patience - how long to wait is anyone's guess - but I am expecting it will be a while yet and also summer holidays so people on vacation etc. so September at the very earliest perhaps......

Actually happen to be 'multi bagging' on UFO even at these levels chris2 and it is far from my biggest success over the last 20 months.
I spend less time whinging about other people ramping and losing me money and more on research.
It is what is mate - time to enjoy the weekend :-))

I think we all know Chris2 really has a mission at getting at Max PQ, I think that is his main objective above deramping but he needs to own his trading strategies and get over it, really is childish.
We can't be scared of addressing the scenario of lower iron ore prices or other less positive risks, at the end of the day a few of us have answered his 'concerns' and rationalised why a lower price in future doesn't necessarily mean that a standalone operation wouldn't be profitable.
A board full of just rosy outlooks and not looking at all aspects of our investment here doesn't help anyone :-))

You don't listen do you Chris, whether purposefully or through a lack of intelligence - I am unsure or even care about.
I am saying they ARE useful but not essentially 100?% accurate and in terms of business planning you consider a wider range of scenarios and factors, HH just outlined another area to keep an eye on.
I didn't make recommendations to my clients based solely on analyst reports or base recommendations on a mintel report for instance - indeed we often disagreed with some of their findings - why else would businesses of my nature make money if these generic analysts predictions were concrete proof?
You also seem to be more focused on proving iron ore prices will drop than realising that in a business the price a client/consumer may pay for you product/service may differ as may the production/provision costs and it is all part of ensuring that you look to counteract/profit from these changing factors to turn a profit.
A drop in iron price does not necessarily mean that there won't be meaningful profits to be banked, you often find that as one factor in your business planning changes that other inter-related factors swing too and as often in your favour. Running a successful business means predicting these accurately and you're not going to do that solely reading analyst forecasts.

LOL Chris2 - we're not in production yet for iron ore and silver - going to be quite a while yet - so don't get too hung up on using today's prices and analyst targets, we have to date since the pandemic and will continue to go through some very volatile and unpredictable months and years ahead. You need to do some research into economics and understand what is happening (really happening) with the fiscal policies by governments and the potential and IMO very likely effects.
I owned and ran a Market and Business Intelligence company and forecasts were useful for planning but you have to be cognisant that random occurences such as a natural disasters, pandemics, big breakthrough's of some kind, M&A's and a host of other factors can throw everything askew in short order, hence the need to evaluate everything across a matrix of potential scenarios.
It's a bit like a amateur trader mistakenly increasing their average following Twitter ramps etc. getting caught out by assuming these twitter predictions are rock solid ......... I'm sure you know what I mean - very sure indeed :-))

By 'doing better' I mean in terms of strengthening our fundamentals, SP is obviously disappointing but is pretty much sector wide at the moment.

The key things is to wait for studies such as a PFS and there will be a lot more definitive information in there we can speculate with and by then we'll have more information on potential catalysts for iron ore supply and demand, infrastructure plans by nations and their potential to pass legislative barriers etc. and be initiated.
@Chris - UFO isn't going anywhere now IMO, they have made real progress in defining at least one route to monetisation and we can expect an initial MRE in the coming months - which is more than 99% of other explorers and many of them go on for years and years on nothing but hype and hot air.
Hopefully we see promising results from EH and can start defining a roadmap for our silver 'yolk' (and potentially other opportunities in the 'egg white' ).
Obviously Mexican progress is very slow and D2 was a step back but we're doing better than many in this sector and I do think you can only do so much with your resources so perhaps a blessing in disguise.
