This is the longest i have ever hung on to a share due to buying many tranches averaging down and EACH TIME the sp has6 retraced further, putting me over 30%. down. I have held now for nearly 2 yrs and havr been underwater most of that time.
Normally i exit before 3 months has elapsed if the stock makes slow progress. My mistake has been selling out only to buy back lower a fee times, only to see the price drop further and further. Bloody frustrating to be trapped in like this with the fear that GOOD NEWS may NOT recover to a profitable level.

....Australia was built on the success of the early prospectors who trod these god forsaken terrains 150 years ago. Mini gold rushes drew in hundreds to stake their claims. Those early licences have often been handed down over the years snd are now in the possession of most of the majors. Many licences were unworkable due to the remoteness and died because of the harsh conditions and lack of water. Old licences often come to light years after the original stakeholders had died. These licences were blockef together and sold on the cheap....no one could work them without proper facilities.
Only fools rushed in where angels feared to tread.
But the riches were there for those that took those terrible risks on dubious looking licences ?
