I am concerned that licence awards are being more rigorously scrutinised since Fortescue usurped 42 tenenents in 2016. Many complaints came ib from all the major miners including Rio who were in the market for sone of those licences. It caused an uproar at the time.
It may have made tge licence authorities rethink hoe they give licenced out ?
I wish i was totally wrong but this delay is unusual.
