NO ONE seems to understand that it is the TALLY account holders that are keeping CP abreast of prosecution ie he is running a going concern albeit without shateholders permission. Because of this, it is entirely podsible that behind closed doors talks may have been going on for some time??? Imo
Every Rto that i have seen in the past remained top secret up to the main Rns disclosure.
I have always believed they remain incognito because of possible objections from within their own company?

GGP...I sold b4 the big rise at only 2p after over 8 yrs (in and out) after Newmont 'walked away' However, i got back in at 6p but still managed to sell way too soon at ONLY 18p....then it bloooody double again to around 37p.
For me GGP was a nightmare to hold not knowing what to do.
At one point in 2012 i actually had 7million shares at 0.42p average.
I made ny worst ever decisions due to multiple naysayers and traders.

First time 1p has held into closing time.....

Sp is moving in strange ways. Up then down by quite big margins.
I think this is why pi's are trading the r/se off Icon imo. But i like my bottom entry sp for max gains if we are successful, if no success ...then
