I would not completely rule out another RNS update before the weekend. Depends how much further progress they’ve made and that will depend how soft the rocks are.

laser - OK I get your point. You are a Henrik Zeberg disciple. Nothing wrong with that. BUT he has been forecasting the Kondratiev Winter and related outcomes for quite some time now and its not panned out. Not saying it wont happen I see a lot of sense in what he says and clearly a clever guy. But even he is a massive Gold Bull - beyond the short term. I just cannot see the massive dollar rally he is forecasting happening so rapidly accompanied of course by a commodities/equity collapse. Thats what youre worried about isn't it?

Actually you do make a valid point re the value in the deal for AAZ re their capital outlay - its tiny - given the potential resource. But frankly, if the small goldies market were as 'overheated' as you claim, CGNR themselves would have little trouble raising the cash which AAZ are pledging to put in for exploration and gain their stake.

I think SOME of the goldies are a bit ahead of themselves but its not across the board - YET - its selective according to which Twitter Big Mouth is backing you.

A lot of bigger buying being hidden away from view. Don't want to get the natives too excited do they...;)

I’m not sure how they could possibly be ‘pleased’ to make that announcement? Roughly speaking somewhere between a 12% to 21% reduction in production guidance for 2021.

Tonnage throughout negligible which means revenue negligible.

Not much very tangible to add on exploration update either. I was expecting a bit more.

All in all a dreadful update and easy to see why SP has struggled over recent weeks now.

Whether this has fully retraced or not (I believe it has from a spike of over 9 to 4.3) for me this is in the screaming buy zone now. Don’t say the opportunity wasn’t there in a few weeks or months time. There will be many kicking themselves, and then kicking themselves again. A MC OF £27m is laughable with this kind of size of discovery.

The thing is that many just won’t believe it. There must be something wrong? CB is bulls**ting isn’t he? He’s making it up. He’s dodgy a proper wheeler dealer who’s fooling us all. His XRF is faulty. He’s going to have another placing and dilute this to hell. His avocado is actually a Pistachio nut. His Cuban or Churchillian cigar is really a slimline panatella. You get the drift.

People will find all the excuses they can to ultimately miss out.

A bit of a tussle going on between the CB sceptics and the Believers. That’s what it seems to boil down to now. If you believe the information supplied in the RNS then it has to be on point, indeed exceeding expectations.

Steve - I would perhaps agree it is ‘possible’ that ‘weak’ implies less than cut off 0.2gCu but not ‘moderate’. So it depends on what ratio is ‘moderate’ compared to ‘weak’.

I remain very positive it will be concluded as it is strongly in both parties interests to do so. AAZ clearly state themselves it provides ‘significant profit opportunities’. So they are remaining very positive.

vampire kitten - evidence? Where is it? You are fabricating stuff. Making things up, Less than two days ago the AAZ CEO confirmed agreement was very close. It had been handed over to lawyers for ‘finishing touches’. That does not suggest ‘several unresolved issues’. The companies themselves have clearly completed their corporate agreement. Lawyers just checking on taxation, regulatory issues, in other words normal stuff.

I suspect the current gyrations in the SP are being caused by the entry of a few traders here. This is an illiquid stock. It’s NOT a trading stock. But we’ve had a few jump on board when it’s risen and sold out when it drops back. Hence the exaggerated movements either way because of the illiquidity here.

Once we finally get the announcement that issue will be solved.

We already know for sure there has been shorting activity here. It’s been taken up a notch since the Activ-2 announcement. You either hold your nerve or you part cheaply with your shares? Guess which one they want you to do.

Some serious SP manipulation going on here. Keep in mind we are right in the radar of the Yankee boy shorting funds now.

We will go up but not until they have scared the s*it out of enough investors.
