The idea with investing is that you buy stocks when they are cheap you don’t sell them. Sentiment can be used to your advantage rather than being a slave to it. ;)

Berenberg have recently adjusted theirs to 2,330. A bit of catching up to do there, and that was before today!

I hear you Ade. It’s the upside down debt addicted world we currently live in. But the fundamentals here are terrific. Maybe the SP malaise has been caused by the threat of US sanctions on Russia? If so can’t see how it will affect POLY as I believe most of their sales are domestic ie.within Russia.

I’m hoping for a new consolidation in the mid 7’s having negotiated the mid 4’s, mid 5’s and mid 6’s! We don’t want big spikes, steady increases are good.

I’m glad Colin has skin in the game too. Board members don’t always. It was impossible not to detect the quiver of excitement in his voice that was perfectly real and genuine. Thing is if you go back through the various interviews prior to the start of Bushranger drilling (sorry I can’t remember exactly which one) he more or less predicted this would happen. That they had a porphyry and it’d go 1000m length. He was that confident.

CE - assuming they went down the AA buyout route there is scope within the deal for XTR to dilute from 20% if they decided to. That said if they had a multi hundred million market cap they might be able to afford to fund the capex through debt or equity!

FWIW I don’t believe a word you say. You’re a speculator - nothing wrong with that but don’t pretend you do lots of research it’s all sound bites with you. I think you sold out by either last Friday or early yesterday. This is just bravado on your part because you could never admit the truth. You’d be the muppet then wouldn’t you!

CB basically now saying this is a commercial mine just with the copper. The Gold will be an amazing bonus - a thick topping on the cake.

Ok next the assays. I know many of us have been cautious and perhaps rightly so but I believe they may surprise to the upside.

Note in yesterday’s RNS:

‘Drilling commenced over the weekend and has reached a depth of 126.7m, having entered the outer alteration halo of the deposit earlier than expected at 45m, with pyrite/pyrrhotite mineralisation and traces of chalcopyrite’

So, traces of copper mineralisation BUT pyrite/pyrrhotite mineralisation. This, boys and girls, means Gold. The RNS of 25th January has already clearly stated they believe this is a reduced copper/gold Porphyry. Disregard the ‘reduced’ term as being negative. It’s not, it means there’s just more Gold than Copper.

I wonder whether the market will - or has - cottoned on to this. Gold mineralisation already at relatively shallow depths?
