This legal ‘fight’ is a total nonsense. Does anyone seriously believe that even in the event of a ruling in Fox favour that the government of Kosovo is going to cough up €195m and hand it to them. The phrase Cloud Cuckooland springs to mind. No forget it. This is just another little saga in the sorry history for shareholders in this classic lifestyle company.

Cheer up moleman - as I understand it the community relations with the locals is one of the strengths that Conroy has. They engage constructively and this will pay dividends. Try to see the positives old chap this will boost not just the local economy but the Irish economy with plenty of new jobs - longer term of course.

Well thats the thing. HE was the one who brought up the point about how companies use this word so casually .. and here we are several days later and nothing. You're right Gixxer just say NOTHING if you cannot deliver on what you say. The market literally hangs on every word these people say. At least I know I do because it is VITAL to my investing success that I understand what I am being told. When I read an RNS for example I am forensic. I examine EVERY word to ensure I interpret it correctly. Now, of course I understand it may ultimately be irrelevant and unimportant whether this announcement is made a few days later than expected but TRUST is really important and I think that is a lesson that could be learnt here. I hope that does not sound disrespectful but this is a serious business we are engaged in here.

If I google 'ultra thin supercapacitor' I get the following in this order:

So we come up 6th in Google search? Shouldn't we be nearer the top?

I'm not bothered how long 'Ole 6 takes. The Drill 1 Assay results are what it's all about currently. They are what will make the difference fundamentally more so than 'Ole 6.

Volume still light as investors I suspect 'wait on the sidelines' for the assays. There is definitely caution. The longer the wait I guess the greater the nervousness. I am sitting tight long and strong. Nothing has changed. The copper is still there. The Gold is still there. The grades are still there and I believe the grades should at minimum be what they were on the earlier shallow depth drills and probably a bit higher at depth.

Malcolm - yes of course it is dilution. But there are good placings and bad placings and imho this is a good placing. NO discount to current market price which is quite unusual. The market understands the need for funding. You surely realise that non-revenue generating companies such as this require capital and it is how and when you do this that is important to retain shareholder value. Imo they’ve done this well.

This is a positive announcement. Very positive in fact. I said just a few days ago on here the company needed a cash injection, and now they’ve got it. No discount to market price which is a result. Fully funded for both the proposed JV AND importantly Finland drilling campaign - which also looks very exciting.

There is much I agree with you over CE but not this. You have to interpret what CB means when he says assay results are ‘imminent’. Remember he is communicating directly with shareholders. Therefore the information he is imparting is relevant to shareholders. What I mean by that is it is pointless him saying that if he means he is going to receive the raw data from the lab ‘imminently’ but shareholders won’t see the modified results for another two weeks or so. That would make no sense and be counter productive. He knows that what he is saying (last Thursday) has raised expectations - rightly -that we get the results imminently ie.by the end this week at the LATEST. He said it - imminent means imminent.

Its a great buy in price but personally I am fully loaded. Not selling a bean. It is fascinating watching investor behaviour. People generally don't like to buy when a share is dropping, it goes against human nature ie.avoid anything that looks bad. You will find that herd mentality creeps in - a few people sell - others get nervy, they sell and so on. But it also applies in reverse. It is a bit of a squeaky bum time I must admit waiting for those first crucial assay results to drop. Nothing in life is guaranteed of course apart from death, taxes, and one or two sad cases who come on BB's to deramp when a share is dropping!

Keep the faith and I believe we will be rewarded.

What the SP does between now and close is meaningless though it would nice if it turned blue I doubt it will.

There is lots of news flow to come here though in the next few weeks. Starting with hole 1 assays on Monday if CB’s ‘ imminent’ comment is to be believed.

Hmmm this SP movement (down) reminds me of so many times before when I’ve seen this happen just before important news drops on a stock. Some people get nervy and bail out at the last minute. That’s what happens when you focus too much on the SP and not the fundamentals.
