Yep and astounded how much hope is still priced into the SP given first major test sales were promised in April and now here we are in June and still absolutely zilch.

The only company I know which has a valuation based on manufacturing capacity rather than actually selling anything lol.

What a strange character he is. Back earlier in the year he couldn’t keep us informed often enough about progress at Bushranger. Almost daily updates. And we were told it was only fair to keep shareholders informed. Since then there has been a gradual slow down in news and we really none the wiser about the drill assay results with contradictory and confusing messages. Now - nothing - a complete news vacuum. He has gone from one extreme to another. It is all extremely frustrating and reflected in a poor SP performance. Could we have some consistency please?

Yes it could be given the emphasis now on higher grades at shallower levels.

This has got a bit oversold now. It’s well below recent placing price so I expect a slow gradual rise in SP now back to 5.5-6 pence as we anticipate Phase 2 drilling programme commencement.

Got mine from II on the paying day 28th. If Halifax hang onto them for a few days after they’ll collect some interest. An old banking trick.

This doesn’t make any sense. If the study suggested this needed more time the SP would’ve dropped on that news - it didn’t, it rose. In any case I believe the rise was due to hopes for news from India following the announcement that P3 starts there ‘imminently’. You maybe right about a short term pullback but your statement contradicted itself.

And the SP upward retracement in past few weeks is IMO a correction of the overdone fall on the mistaken narrative that Covid has been quashed and it’s all about vaccines period.

Trying to trade the up and down SP movements is too much hassle for me.

JDAU - I have a very decent stake here I am certainly NOT trying to spread panic but you know, deep down,that at the very least communication has NOT been clear regarding the assay results. If it was then there would not be all the doubt and uncertainty on these boards and, most of all, the SP would not be floundering as badly as it is. Let’s call a spade a spade and not try and window dress poor communication. Which, at the very least, it is.

If Colin Bird has the integrity he would like us all to think he has he will issue a CLEAR communication to the market on this matter.

Steve4077 - I think the following is what you are referring to from AIM Rules:

‘ Reporting of price sensitive information
AIM Rule 11 requires notification without delay of any new developments which are not public knowledge which, if made public, would cause a significant movement in its share price. The Guidance Notes in part 2 of the AIM Rules make clear that this means information a reasonable investor would be likely to use as part of an investment decision. There is an exemption set out in the guidance relating to transactions which are in the course of negotiation where disclosure might prejudice those negotiations, provided that those who are aware of the information (e.g. the other party to a negotiation and professional advisers) keep that information confidential and do not trade in the company’s shares. The Guidance Notes for Rule 11 also allow companies not to notify information about impending developments in certain circumstances, provided that this information is kept confidential. Companies choosing not to make such information public must have effective procedures and controls in place to ensure confidentiality and minimise the risks of a leak.’

So..... given there is no dispute over whether the assay results represent price sensitive information - they DO. There are only three plausible explanations in my view:

1. CB can use the specific wording in the RNS dated 6.4.2021 to justify NOT releasing the assay results of hole 2. Ie. They are ‘batched’ together with ‘x’ number of other holes - if it IS this then this is my beef - that it is patently unclear what the ‘batching’ means? I think this maybe his get out clause but it’s not that simple IMO because the information provided was too vague and unclear
2. CB has the results and is withholding them because they are poor. But this seems completely illogical and counter productive because the SP has already been adversely affected by the uncertainty

3.CB can use the exemption in Rule 11 if the company is in negotiations with a third party regarding a possible transaction.

I would like to think the answer is 3. but the cynical experienced investor in me tells me it’s not ....

I know you read these boards. Enough is enough. We need clarity. We deserve clarity. Six weeks ago on 6th April we were told the following:

‘ Assay results from hole BRDD-21-002 onwards are expected to be received in batches over the coming weeks and will be reported as they are received and collated’

That’s the last word we have received on the assays. It’s still not clear what it means. No one knows exactly what it means we have to make our own interpretation and that’s not good enough. If we don’t get the assay results until they are ALL received collated and reported then say so! This talk of ‘batches’ could mean two holes, three holes whatever......

It is high time investors were told as the SP is going to the dogs and it does matter because it may be unnecessary drop but the point is we don’t know! For goodness sake show some respect to shareholders.

Thebestisyet - I certainly didn’t expect ‘spectacular’ grades and not aware of many who have. This is a Porphyry so it’s all about size and scale of the deposit. We simply need grades that are economical to mine.

And yes I wasn’t sure I read the 2.5km strike length right! That’s off the chart.

Looks pretty good to me. Several possible extensions to resource identified. And now talking about building a resource in EXCESS of 2mt Cu equiv

It seems to be obligatory, on a daily basis, for this stock to be marked down by 0.05 or 0.1!

So predictable....try something different MM’s ...aren’t you supposed to ‘make a market’ and drum up trade!? Who’s going to buy with no news and adopting this approach every day?

I’ve been surprised, in view of the substantial changes in SP, we’ve not seen any TR1’s.

Gold equiv production rising 3% year on year is v good. Not many producers are keeping production rising. PM price rises are a welcome bonus.

Great income stock this. This is a quality company and I don't care that it is Russian. In fact I see it as a positive as Russians are disciplined, focused and work hard. Isn't that what as an investor you want to see? Plus people talk about corruption.. well you see plenty of corruption all around the world including, very much including, the US.

So the rest of XTR's projects - including the massive opportunity at Bushranger licence of which Racecourse is only ONE of the prospects within it - are all in for free - at this valuation.
