I’m waiting for somebody, ANYBODY, to tell me why what I’ve commented on is wrong. The truth is they can’t because I’m right. This company has serially failed to deliver on Covid. Over a LONG period. It has given misleading promises and statements to the market which are never fulfilled.

They’re at it again today. Why did the CEO, the man who runs the company, not make the statement? Why was a non exec chairman hauled out to do it? The CEO has to take responsibility for this debacle. No orders. No sales. Just waffle and blurb trying to keep the plates spinning.

I see they got the non-exec chairman to roll out the latest mass of blurb and waffle this time. CK clearly didn’t fancy it! Listen, if it hasn’t dawned on you by now, it never will. They roll out the same crap from one period to the next. And people continue to swallow it!

Indeed scotlouie. Sell trade just printed @ 126 so I thought I’d do a dummy sell and lo and behold I got 128.25 so games afoot. MMs fishing for shares imo to fill more orders but as you say price being held for now.

I really don’t think the market has fully understood the Eureka results this morning (let alone the Bushranger update). I’ve done a bit of research into what constitutes a good deposit and good grades at shallower depth (open pit) and deeper depths and these are good results. I don’t know what the cut off grade would be but the following is noteworthy.

Let’s take first part of the highlights:

‘Further assaying from the Phase 2 drilling programme at Eureka confirms continuity of the copper deposit over approximately 300m strike extent - open to the west-northwest’

300m strike extent and still open to west-northwest! This is very sizeable and still further potential.

Now the 2nd part, which for me is even more significant

“ Adjusted assay intervals in angled hole EX-022 average 4.82% Cu over 27.0m (circa 18m true width), including two 9m sub-intervals assaying 7.71% and 6.33% Cu”

Let’s not beat around the bush this is an exceptional result. VERY high grade and compare very favourably to one of the best drill results seen in the world class Ivanhoe Mine in DRC!

I think Colin has rather understated these results and this has allowed the market to just shrug its shoulders and ignore them!

Colin not happy at all with the SP! Don’t blame him. When you look at WSBN for example, they still have absolutely sweet fa in terms of assets but valued at £22m currently but has been more than £30m. We are valued at £33m yet have multiple proven assets in Africa and Australia with near term revenue prospects and very real prospect of major discoveries.

It will come….;)

Two pieces of v positive news this morning. Wonder how much longer the market will sleepwalk here? All in all this is shaping up to be a very interesting, and dare I say it, exciting, last quarter of the year

Death - I think the simple answer is the project is not far enough advanced or developed in terms of resource etc. Still only 500k ozs inferred/indicated. That’s not enough to get a major interested - yet.

Death - the other glaringly obvious thing to point out is Demirs involvement. Why are they wasting their time? Fact is they think there is big potential or they would not be wasting their money. OK, if you don’t believe they will finalise then you might leave alone. But if/when they do this will not be 28p I assure you!

Death - I agree with your post and you are basically correct. Perhaps some are getting a little carried away but I believe there was an independent estimate of the possible ozs in place across the district based on drilling and other data to date. So there very well may be - and that is why I am here. Potential. Yes there’s risk in most stocks but the risk reward profile here at MC circa £10m is pretty good imho.

Does anyone else think investors might be suffering from RNS fatigue here? We seem to have the opposite issue to the norm where investors are always waiting for news. Here, you can hardly keep up with it and much of it is not, tbh, going to do much to the price, including today’s announcement which is typical. It tickles the fancy a little but not enough. Dont get me wrong I really like PJ and his enthusiasm but there are so many plates to keep spinning you don’t know if you’re Arthur or Martha.

175p (placing price) is clearly a major resistance point. This is the fourth time it’s been tested in the last six months and each time it’s bounced off it sharply. Had a feeling this might happen on Friday.

Even going es div Drop surely way overdone, over 3%?

Barry - oh dear perhaps you should post more cohesively in future then rather than get annoyed with other people for misinterpreting your position. Was I supposed to realise you truncate your posts into two? This is what you posted over two posts:

Reading both posts still not clear what your actual position is - simply an observation it ‘might’ cause a banking issue.

Of course we all occasionally use other posts to state an opinion. Not a crime! If I misinterpreted yours then I apologise but I do think you need to get over yourself a bit!

BarryBrownPees - the ISA savings threshold of £20k effectively protects people with relatively modest savings from the clutches of the taxman. It does NOT benefit the rich/super rich because they already have so much money they can AFFORD to pay a reasonable amount of tax. But they don’t. They use every means under the sun to avoid it and can employ the best tax advisors and accountants to do so.

What you are proposing would, just like today’s NI increase, disproportionately affect the majority of lower earners who save.
