Yes it’s been a good day. Nice steady SP rise with no fall back.

HY Results include circa £8m cash and net assets circa £21m. Nice and healthy BS then.

Bushranger is shaping up to be a monster. Eureka in Zambia is getting more interesting (IOCG possibilities) and prospect of revenues from FB to come.

Still a great opportunity for newbies to get in at near the bottom as well.

It’s very hard to see how this company has anything but a very bright future.

Blah - it wasn’t anything personal against any one individual. And I am fully aware of the number of companies on AIM - most of which will ultimately achieve sweet FA. But this company has been out there for YEARS in the market actively promoting themselves through all the popular channels/stock media. They’ve done numerous videos, investor evenings, etc etc. So if you are an active investor you would surely know about it? It has more imo to do with the fact that certain sectors are sexy and some are not. Investor blind spots, ignorance, obsession with oil or resource stocks whatever but I am saying categorically that I challenge anyone to produce a stock which has the three pillars of success:

Brilliant simple product
USP
Industry disruptive

Yes it’s a ramp but frankly I don’t care because they are indisputable facts.

Never ceases to amaze me the lack of interest in this stock. Always been like this. Ten posts today!

Yet this imo is probably THE best quality stock combined with USP on the whole of the AIM market.
With vast potential, a brilliantly simple product that anybody can understand. A product which is industry disruptive.

Incredible that it’s so widely ignored. Laughable really that so many are going to miss out here.

scotlouie - it’s difficult to see it any other way than a seriously nailed on huge growth story. Even in the very worst case scenario - (and extremely unlikely imho) that they don’t get FDA approval for Parsortix they still have the very large (ie.multi billion) Pharma services lab business - already up and running - commercialised - that does not require FDA.

I’ve been adding and will continue to do so. This is one stock where I have no problem with averaging UP.

Very few shares available. The current quoted mid price is something of a misnomer. I can sell in quantity for 128.55 and goes to NT anything above 1,000 shares.

Imo Only four possible explanations for the SP inaction we are seeing:

1. Bigger Investors wanting more evidence of grading across the deposit so standing back
2. Overhang of shares in the market to be cleared
3. Placing coming
4. V Large order being filled

I’m hoping it’s 2 or 4 as they’re both v short term

I do not believe for one second that CB intends to take this to mining stage. No way. But he has to go through all the necessary steps to ultimately achieve what he wants from this project (Bushranger) - a Sale. That is the sole objective. The possible (nice) complication may well be that there is more than one project that can stand on its own within Bushranger itself - Racecourse being one.

But let’s be clear, for a company of Xtracts size against a project of increasing and possibly massive scale a sale is the best way to go to extract maximum value for shareholders in the shortest period. And they are going hell for leather for it.

Whopping delayed buy £161k well above the quoted ask at the time. Prob took some time to fill. Got to be an institution/fund

The sense I get is this may be one or a few stale investors using the opportunity to sell on news. The idea that there maybe anything suspect or ‘they know something’ and that’s why they are selling is absurd and for the birds. Today’s news is massive. So Let’s clear out the deadwood then and once that’s done then we will see the next move northwards. I expect that to happen within the next few days, maybe even later this afternoon. Sit tight and just wait.

destitute - there is absolutely NO evidence that ‘larger investors are selling’. If there is, show me. Prove it.

A FTSE100 company taking a 22.9% stake in CHF. That’s unusual. You don’t often see a top tier miner take a stake in a tiny exploration company.

So CHF has big backing no question. I’ve no worries on that score.

Doesn’t look like there’s a great deal of stock available today.

Maybe they (Cantor) have a lot more stock on their books to clear than the other MM’s for whatever reason?

These results have exceeded my expectations for sure. Very happy this morning and wasn’t the wait worthwhile. Note there is an element of gold too enhancing the Cu equivalent.

This is what the market was waiting for. They’ve delivered. OK it’s only the first hole but has whetted the appetite for the remainder.

Yanis - with the greatest of respect - has committed the cardinal error. Selling at what will prob prove to be the bottom. So many do. Decisions must never be taken on an emotional basis, allowing your ‘feelings’ to dictate your actions. Take all the emotion out of it and you give yourself a greater chance of success. I’m not saying I’ve never made that mistake myself - I have. But you have to learn from it or you’ll never make money.

The market has done here what the market does - overreact. It prob won’t do much for a few days or even weeks now but at some point this will begin to again reflect the potential.

Going to do some more research here.

Just stay patient folks. SP has been forming a consolidation base last few months. Primed for a move northwards again backed up by a good news flow.

BTW in my view when Colin says 5/6 weeks for turnaround of assays at lab he has to be referring to the point at which their cores are dispatched to the lab - not when the drill hole is finished. It has to be because any number of factors could affect or delay that dispatch. CE alluded to this earlier.

Here is my evidence to back this theory up:

‘Logging and splitting of core from holes BRDD-21-007, 008 and 009 has now been completed and samples have been dispatched to the analytical laboratory, with work continuing on the remaining holes’

So if we take the above - 5/6 weeks from 2nd sept takes us to 7-14 Oct. That said, I’m sure the cores were sent a little earlier than when they were reported to have been and that’s why I estimate in the next week or two which would take us to anything up to 8th. In short I think the delay may prove to have been more to do with the dispatch of the cores rather than at the lab. And this may simply have been that they’ve been so busy drilling hole after hole!

Well I don’t know about all this doom and gloom. Short term negatives only create opportunities for canny investors. And today’s SP drop is no exception and something of a gift imho.

For me Labrador looks like an interesting proposition. So I’ve taken an initial position this morning and will certainly add on any further weakness.

This game really is very simple. Buy low. Sell high.

Bid edging up. Decent liquidity as there’s a tight spread.

I’ve checked out the dates and not expecting first assays just yet - maybe another week or even two. But no problem with that. Once they start it will be a stream of assay, and hopefully other news.

I think after a succession of really good announcements sentiment is shifting to the positive here and this last quarter is going to be very interesting!
