I’ve reached the (generous) conclusion that CB is just an inherently positive and optimistic person rather than any attempt to mislead in any way. That said I totally agree with Andrew etc that it is far better to underpromise and overdeliver. Whatever, if this delivers who is going to be complaining!

Yes schlemiel the narrow spread is a good indicator of healthy liquidity. We need volume though to get the price moving. Mop up that stock MM’s are holding for the next influx of buyers.

Rather odd, I can dummy sell in quantity for 5.8333 but sells printed as 5.77. Probably more (buy) order filling going on in background. Price easily manipulated just now due to low volume.

It’s all rather transparent to me. The simple message is they want your shares! The latest trade £20k - another delayed buy printed. Bid now edging up. The ‘sea of red’ hasn’t brought out any sellers so what do they do next?

Volumes picked up a bit in last 30 mins…. Would not be surprised to see an RNS drop before close today.

stevemocal - they’re trying! Edging the bid and ask down a bit but I think they’re wary. There are lots watching this now and an RNS could drop anytime. They know that.

Going by the spread at the time looks like a buy to me. Either a confident and rather wealthy individual or possibly a fund?

A special dividend for shareholders would imo be appropriate as the kind of sums we are talking are not realistically going to be reinvested in full back into the business?

Ok so ‘Eligible Participants’ are Directors, officers, employees and consultants of the Xtract Resources Plc group. That could be a fair few people. And though I see it is to align their interests to shareholders presumably some of them already are shareholders so why the need to do it twice?

The one that catches my attention is the Transaction Incentive Award. 1 to 2% of transaction value for all ‘Eligible Participants’. Hmmmm. How many ‘Eligible Participants” could we be talking about here?

Fear not monty. The market just doesn’t work according to our timeline unfortunately. If it did we’d all be a lot richer by now! Patience is an investors friend but a traders enemy.

Why sell for a five bagger when you could sell for a 50 bagger in another years time. After all I dare say they know as much, if not more, than us. Prepared to be proved wrong but I very much doubt we are going to see a wall of selling from Wednesday onwards. Possibly buying though, in which case the liquidity offered by those sellers will be very welcome.

Why?? Fact is half of them can’t be sold until this Wednesday anyway. That’s hardly ‘most’ and given what we have now I doubt there will be a stampede for the exit door lol

People are assuming that (if it is legally possible to sell their shares) ProspectOre shareholders are going to behave like bucketshop flippers lol. I don’t think so, multibag or no multibag, anyone who owns shares from PO knows the value here. ;). At least that’s my view anyway.
