Investor81 - I see what YOU have done and truncated the statement you quoted. After the word ‘agreed’ it says ‘in principle between Conroy Gold and Demir Export but the definitive agreement has not yet been entered into by either party.’

I repeat ‘the definitive agreement has not yet been entered into by either party.’

So it has not been ‘agreed’. I guess you didn’t see that last bit in the second RNS? ;)

Three months later….

Spot the difference? There is none.

bankruptbrit - ashamed? You've just admitted you follow what other people say? More fool you. But I have posted here REPEATEDLY in the past several months WARNING what has happening - or should I say what was NOT happening. I just say things the way I see them. If you don't like it - tough. But I suggest you learn to do your own research and make your OWN decisions and then you won't have to blame people like me for your mistakes. Take some responsibility!

Still some way to go to get to fair value again. I initially said 15-20p but I think that was a little high given expected financials and NO Covid revenue - 10-12p target.

Investors here have to take responsibility as well though for their own ineptitude. Myself and others have come on here many times before and stated that the hallowed ‘Contract’ with the DHSC was never actually a contract at all. Omega simply agreed to provide a given manufacturing capacity and the other side did not contractually commit to ANYTHING!

I would say this stock, for me at least, is uninvestable at any price while this board are still in situ. There has to be trust and King and co cannot be trusted.

One good thing is that, remarkably, you can still get out of this around 30p mark. This will be rerated downwards from here at some point settling between 15 and 20p. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I’ve been reflecting on the market response to not only today’s RNS but other recent ones too. There is a small band of contributors on this board who have committed, in some cases, large sums of money to this stock in the belief that it will be a winner. We though are in a tiny minority. The vast majority of money coming into (and out of) this stock is from retail investors. Many Retail investors tend to be quite impatient, have a short investing timeline (six months would be considered ‘long term’). Despite Colins optimism lab results have been SLOWER than anticipated. Not just that but when they’ve dropped they’ve lacked the exciting eye catching grade headlines that most investors look for. In a sense we are being treated like an explorer looking for a high grade discovery because investors assume that the grades we are getting cannot possibly be economic - lack of understanding of porphyry systems persists here.

So investors who have not taken the time and trouble to do the necessary research here will lose hope and interest which is what we see happening at the moment. Slow lab results, Colins excitement not matched by perceived low grades. We have lacked that ‘smash it out the park’ RNS that these people crave. What we have had instead is boring solid consistent results which are forming a potential world class deposit but it’s all going over people’s heads.

The question we have to ask ourselves as investors now is if we were not currently invested would we buy this stock at 4.95? For me the answer is a resounding YES. It’s interesting that a few people have stated they’re fully loaded and wouldn’t/couldn’t buy anymore but this current situation is presenting yet another massive buying opportunity. We are so much further forward than at the start of the year yet the price is lower. If you believe the grades are economic- and we know there are other porphyries being mined with lesser grades than ours - then this is surely substantially derisked and all we are waiting for is either an AA buyback or failing that the entry of another major. Coincidentally it was the announcement of a JV with Newcrest that was the catalyst for the monumental SP rerating @ GGP.

I know this post has been a bit of a ramble but essentially my point is this SP action is all part of human psychology and there is currently a disconnect which savvy investors will capitalise on and take what many in the market would now consider to be a contrarian stance which would be to BUY the stock because at the moment the market doesn’t believe the story.

Yes def profit taking. This had risen from 7p to nearly 13p in a matter of two or three trading sessions! Once profit taking dries up we should be moving up again but news dependent to some degree.

It may not appear that way but there has to be a ‘background’ demand for these shares. MM’s are consistently happy to take stock @ 135p - the quoted mid price. And this pattern has persisted for some while now.

Meanwhile we are ever closer to two major pieces of news - FDA approval for MBC and ovarian cancer study results.

I can understand there are some tired stale bulls here but I’m Happy with my average - 7.1. This is still way below the placing price of 14p early this year. A lot of the success to be gained on AIM is about timing. Get your timing wrong and you’ve either got to stomach the loss, suck it up or wait. Interest fell away due to all the delays and collapse in meaningful newsflow this year. However! I think that could be about to change now in the coming weeks/months. This can move very fast, we’ve seen it before. My plan is to top slice once I one bag at 14p and derisk, the remainder being a free carry because this is risky.. This could be a top tip for 2022 as a risky but exciting exploration play in the hot Paterson Range area. And don’t forget, like him or loathe him ‘Big Dave’ Lenigas should be back to pump this quite soon…. Watch the Twitter space

Reggie - as I’m not sure ST answered your question at 17:01 I can confirm that information was provided in RNS dated 3rd March 2021. Note that the grade values provided are for SILVER (Ag) not gold and this is primarily a silver and base metals prospect.

MM’s seem happy to take plenty of shares off folks for 135p. Confident they’ll sell them on for more no doubt.

Looks pretty impressive to me. Returning cash to shareholders through combined share buy backs and special dividend looks very good for the SP. Should be a good day here.

Crunch - yes Middlekoops CDF would be my favoured bet for the most likely fund building an early position here. Although he didn’t specifically name us, early last year he spoke very enthusiastically about a discovery which was unequivocally us.
