Good response, PAUL1DEANO and if that's the way you intend to continue I'll keep my blocks off. However you need to be aware that it is only the State of Louisiana which sometimes invokes Napoleonic (and old Spanish) Law. Our other 49 States use English Common Law.
The Luftwaffe could be inaccurate. In 1940 they mistook my father's glass-roofed commercial real estate investment in Knott Mill for Manchester's Central Railroad station. After the war the city's Labor-controlled council offered him a pittance in compensation which he declined. It was subsequently sold off by the City Authorities to private developers at a six figure sum. C'est la vie?
From time to time there are non-AAU opinions on here and I am quite happy to glean the thoughts of ya'all, especially since I am an "alien" and on the other side of the pond. Let's face it....what with my so far accurate forecasts of our share price and Vanvan's superb summary of everything we know to be happening in the foreseeable future....most comments on here will merely confirm the major points en route to what we hope will make us richer in due course. What we do not know is the extent to which world leaders, world policies, wars and unforeseen occurrences might impact on our investment and contributors should at least be tolerated to comment thereto. Cars, beverages, sports etc etc are (in my view) a welcome interlude when little else is relevant to Ariana or happening here.
