Freedom4Uall What I understand shareholders will get 1 for 1 in the new GSK, lol and they will get 80% of their holding in the CH new company the new div will be 45p from the new GSK and I think the C H will give a div of 10p per share but this second did has to be confirmed

Quite agree with you on ABC the are as good as GSK IMO people might not agree but still, love the price movement in the share easy to trade.

Fats all I got from yesterday was the were not going yo pay INVERTERS so much dividend and ew made sure that the firm that she hopes to run NEW GSK lol is well funded at the expense to other people firms watch her bonuses in the next few years if she is not got rid of

Iain Mackay just said that they would grow the dividend aggressively lol they have carried out what the stock market does and that is re distribution of wealth

IF the div is cut to 50p a year then the share price for gsk has to rise to £ 1960 ish per share JUST to stand still therefore as and income stock this will be out the window judging by Emmas performance over the last 4 years cant see this stock going to £22.00 any time soon
