Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Give me my Divi,
Any company now paying a dividend in AIM is a rare one and potentially a big returner,
Good to see cash overflowing now and we now know the board like to give returns back to their shareholders.
That’s what companies aim to do and now seed is doing it.
Mkcap value was far to low and well below Nav, so they wanted to offload cash to shareholders and in turn make this company more attractive to investors bringing up the value.
Thats how it works and I expect more dividends in the near future.
These companies are rare to find on AIM.
GKP was a great divi payer before the pipeline was halted.
One to watch in the future though.

Why would it drop to 1.5p when it was over 2p before dividend announcement, share buy back means just that , shares are being take out of circulation so less shares available, meaning our shares are worth more than current mkcap each time they buy back.
Best to hold get your dividend and usually the sp moves up anyway and that’s without share buybacks.
Win win , so will be up again tomorrow more than likely as it’s the last day to get in before ex-divi.
Exactly that’s why Ed said this in the rns on the 16 April.
Ed McDermott, CEO of SEED, commented: "It has long been an ambition of ours to pay a special dividend to reward shareholders. This achievement underscores our confidence in the Company's current financial strength and future prospects, as we believe our existing portfolio and new investments have the potential in the next years to replace the value paid to shareholders now. Whilst we remain in difficult equity markets, we are seeing attractive investment opportunities particularly in businesses seeking to fund growth.
"Post payment of the dividend Seed retains in excess of £4m in cash and we continue to seek opportunities that we believe could see significant returns for our shareholders. We look forward to providing further portfolio updates in short order."
Can I just add,
That that’s goes to the way you look at cash value.
£100 quid to one person might feel like having a grand, and a grand might feel like a £100 quid to another.
All perception.
All feel the same either way.
Have a good w/end all.
Didn’t know so glad I didn’t post.
Life goes on all the same if you’re not here or I’m not here.
I’m getting on a bit now so you’ll find the older you get the more funerals you attend.
That’s life I’m afraid and so have to accept that death is a part of all that’s living.
I mean why does the May fly only live for 24hours.
I find that as I’m getting older I’m realising that nothing is true, it’s all down to perception, it’s as you see your life, and things will look different to others,
50 years to one person might feel like a 100 to another. Thats how I look at it.
Atb.
I’m not, I did say Dyor, fair enough I’m staying put but all can do what they like, we all have the same interests in here.
Share buy backs and dividend means all is got well , you wouldn’t risk over paying out if the near future revenues were suppressed.
Good to talk in here about it, LTHs des some rewards and a company also needs to attract new investors like myself ,
I’ve bought 508k shares so I have my right of opinions just like the rest.
It’s in everyone’s interest to make money and I’m no different. Atb.
It will drop a bit on the 25th and then rise in the days and weeks afterwards, that’s what usually happens.
Remember the company is generating cash all the time so the value will increase also.
Offloading cash on dividend and share buybacks is a very good sign the company is doing very well and retuning cash back to its investors.
I expect regular dividend payments and so this will attract new investors along the way.atb.
You must be in by the end of trading on the 24th,
Just make sure you’re in.
I’m not selling anyway as the sp will move up towards that day and drop a little on the 25th then rise again so it’s a win win, I’ll get my 5k dividend and enjoy the sp rise.
Dyor but that’s what I’m going to do.
