When did HOC become debt-free?
Thank you in advance
Thanks andrew
That explains why the percentage tie up which i posted earlier. The missing link is there is no rns stating nmc increased their holding through warrants.
I stand corrected. Hands up. Either way not concerned though. He sold his personal holding looks like so could be tax reasons. Who knows.
What you noobs talking about. He hasn't sold, he just just didnt take part in the recent raise!
Before raise 95,163,522 shares in issue. Nic milling company holding 10,017,208 = 10.5%
After raise 117,050,000 shares. Nic milling holding at same amount = 8.6%
Which mean he sold zero shares and did not take part in recent raise. You guys just flapping for no reason.
Mcap could go from £1mill to £1bill, but if share price is near unchanged or ×2/3 it doesn't mean squat to a PI, not taking account of dividends.
Delayed 171839 buy at 29p showing on advfn.
"the constant stream of negative comment from several posters on the BB is enough to deter the casual punter."
Agree with this one.
We got director buy couple months back.
Personally i think MC doing a great job and hope he and us lth get a big cake to eat at the end of this long road.
IF a deal was to go through and we started toll mining wouldn't we technically become a producer? And rerate accordingly?
Cnr is still listed in canada tsx market, the canadian market has been poor and nowhere near as fruitful as expected, lets see if anything changes after funding news. Cnr has delisted from american market
Agree with nero here. Srk has been consulted and results will be announced through rns when available, out of mc control. Toll mining or jv with b2 will be announced on completion and depending on negotiations, Funding also dependant on negotiations and will be announced when available. Smaller exploration program have been continuous eg. Soil sampling, rock chips, trenching. more drilling will be underway when funding is complete. Also awaiting grant of a 2nd concession.
Doesn't look quiet behind the doors to me.
Mc managed to get 3 big investors here, ifc, mellon and beaty. Don't see him selling cheap especially as gold market about to turn.
Newmont and goldcorp

Mestiza is not included in current pfs for the open pit. Needed further drilling to convert all 700k soviet oz to 43-101. I dont think there has been update since drilling.
Im already holding but if it drops lower might throw the kitchen sink at it lol.
I dont see any deal in jan, it would have happened before current drill program, maybe when bfs is due, not sure if that will be q1 or q2, but q2 seems more reasonable.
Macro environment looks to be on shaky ground and could potentially take copper down with it temporarily. As daisan said could be buy opportunity.
Im not shorting, just holding and watching to see which way this goes
Im hoping for this playout. Global slowdown, copper drops, ars drops, gold rises and i buy here on the lows.
All wishful thinking
Value of around 30k each so unlikely to be an isa transfer. First sell order in an Isa transfer is usually higher than the second buy order, here 1st order is smaller and at a higher price, if it was the sell it would have been at lower price than the 2nd.
Dont see it as being a rollover with different amounts. Trade not showing as delayed either. Could an order that just got filled. Sp didnt move as there maybe another order in the books needing to be filled. Who knows.
Expected news flow. Grant of one more concession, resource update with 12k m drilling and funding (this could be through forward selling gold, gold stream, or producing using b2 extra mine capacity).
Big orders gone through
If a deal with b2 goes through it would change company status from explorer/developer to producer and sp should rerate in accordance. We had brokers already valueing CNR at £1.20 ish after permits. What would valuation be after becoming a producer?
2 pound! You deramper lol
To be forgetting MC mentioning copper at 0.1%. Don't think it would have been mentioned had it not been significant. Lets see what it brings.
Getting B2 to process our ore would be good getting early cash flow but how much would it cost any ideas? 800-900usd/oz instead of our current projected cost of under 700usd/oz?
Personally id like a forward selling of gold if possible, it would give immediate cash at possibly same cost. Im sure MC will do whats best.
