Really good effort from AGM, quietly going about its work/relationships setting up a global network to distribute Internationally without barriers.

Over the past few months the buy's to sells ratio is massive, very small number of sells comparison to buy's which is pleasing

Moving in the right direction, looking forward to next results, hopefully the partnership that Blocksill have with Avanti communications to supply coating for all their front and rear surfaces and support structures on their large satellite communication dish structures will have progressed to using the Graphene Enhanced Top Coat MT as outlined in the Interim report earlier this year

2020 should be a good year, year-end results out in July, full year Oct.
Hopefully more positive news will come through over the coming weeks & months together with deals completed from ongoing tests/trials, AGM must be at stage now with Airbus that the TP300 thermal paste has passed all the stringent tests and accepted and deployed in space.
Alltimes coating launched the liquid coating roofing systems in Aug 2019 which has been a success so should see good revenue from this company
Blocksil launced Graphene enhanced Top-Coat MT product for harsh environment industrial applications demanding outstanding anti-corrosion protection in Jan 2020. Blocksill has been specified for the supply of their product containing graphene dispersions that was specified for a ling term refurbishment project for Avanti for its large industrial satellite communications structures
Other areas that are encouraging is the work on-going with composites, the 10m carbon forming tool allows for graphene to be implemented into high volume manufacturing applications has demonstrated the value of this in aerospace, formula 1 and other industries.
The distribution deals are excellent and give AGM a footprint in many countries now these relationships/partnerships will grow immensely over the next few years.
Edison Investment research have been paid by AGM to bring in investment, AGM presented to Asian and Australasian investors in Beijing with positive feedback, maybe it has now realised that big investment is required this year to be able to deliver commercially the amount that is to be required for all the companies that AGM are involved in..

The Halford deal is not really going bring in large revenues, it is the big Industrial application usage that will drive the numbers up.
UK Company with low overheads, no debt, and increasing revenue, just need some news on large orders placed to get the media/investors interested.

Agree, the company is on the right track now, excellent products and data sheet to back up what has the company has been striving for the past 2 years. Now with global distribution deals signed it is only a matter of time that this company grows into a global company with large profits.

Who would sell 250,000 shares at this moment when the price is really poor?

The AGM newsletter is very similar to last years newsletter lots of engagement with partners and recent progress with the all times coatings and Hycote deal. Recent interviews with the CEO don’t fill you with any confidence he seems to bang on about the potential graphene has and the time it takes to realise this material and bring it to market. The major shareholders must be concerned by his lack of basic business understanding and that being a clear date on revenue and sales. It is fine having a global distribution arrangement but without large volumes being sold this is just ****ing in the wind for the next few years.

Few decent buys today’s, this should move quickly once more positive news comes in from partners on products realised. Airbus, All times coatings plus others that are in the 100 partners in the pipeline could move this quickly.
AGM are now offering materials engineers, in the Space and Defence sectors, two unique thermally conductive epoxy paste adhesive systems, AGM TP300 and AGM TP400
Also in the graphene news is Advanced materials group Talga Resources (ASX: TLG) there have begun a large scale commercial trial of a Talga graphene enhanced coating for ships hulls.
Over 700 square metres of the coating is being applied to the Algarrobo (pictured), a 33,000 tonne container ship as a performance booster for conventional marine primer, this could trigger things to progress further as the coatings industry in this sector is massive.
I think we have turned a corner listen carefully to the Interview with Proactive London, my thinking is that when AGM announced that it has decided to re-align itself and focus on graphene dispersion, could it be that recent discussions with partners about volumes has made them put this plan into action to convince them that capacity requirements can be delivered with SLA dates.

What we need next is the deal with HMG Paints to be finalised, HMG has worked in partnership with AGM for a coupe of years now testing graphene for both the Commercial Vehicle and Construction Equipment markets, hopefully this will be active very soon which will have a major impact.

It is a waiting game but the share price will only rise on a large volume deal signed with revenue guaranteed.

I have invested a large amount of from my pension into this company last year when the shares were around 0.52p after following it for a while and believing that the management team were focused on delivery. The CEO then retired followed by the FD director leaving which caused me concern. Adrian Potts moved into the CEO role but seems to as bad as the last CEO in failing to understand that many people like yourself and me have invested hard earned money into AGM and expect better progress then what is currently taking place.
Watched the interview with Adrian Potts, AGM and Proactive London's Andrew Scott, there was no mention of the big fall in share price and how he will improve this within the next 6 months. I reckon that AGM will be bought very soon especially as the share price keeps falling, why wouldn’t a foreign company purchase this for a small amount having played a waiting game, holding off until AGM have all data sheets, distribution and patents in place.

Oops try again, AGM should have released dates for the official launch of JBL and also given more detail on the Alltimes roof coatings and new product launches. The RNS is very thin on detail, I would have liked to see more detail on all the highlights not just a bullet point.

I agree, AGM seems to be moving in the right direction and building solid foundations to bring in increasing revenue.
The Operational and Commercial highlights give an indication that this year could be huge for this company however I would like to see more detailed information on volumes and firm dates. WThere should be a launch date proved now for JBL as

AGM develops composite applications for space exploration with Infinite Composites Technologies
Applied Graphene Materials (LSE: AGM), the producer of specialty graphene materials, and Infinite Composites Technologies ("Infinite Composites"), a designer, developer and manufacturer of composite pressure vessels, have together developed a composite material technology suitable for specific space applications.
Infinite Composites has successfully incorporated AGM's graphene technology into two resin systems for cryogenic pressure vessels being considered for use in multiple NASA spaceflight missions, including materials on the International Space Station Experiments (MISSE), Artemis, and Lunar Gateway. This achievement follows extensive product development and a rigorous testing programme as part of a long-standing relationship between AGM and Infinite Composites. Subject of a recent prestigious SBIR NASA award, the Infinite Composites team is focused on the continuing development of their cryogenic pressure vessel systems for space applications.
The addition of AGM's graphene technology has helped enabled the tanks to complete their first liquid oxygen loading test at -300ºF pressurized to 600 psi. Analysis of the composite structure using Scanning Electron Microscope techniques indicated that the addition of the graphene technology eliminated nearly all microfractures in resin samples after exposure to the extreme cryogenic environment versus the control samples.
These results once again demonstrate the ability of AGM's technology to effectively manage fracture toughness and robustness of composite structures for long-term durability.

The distribution deals recently set up in South Africa and Italy should open up a bigger take up not just of this product but also the other anti - corrosion coating products which are aimed at the shipping industry and chemicals sector.
Apparently the CEO splits his time 50-50 in the UK and America. hopefully he is also setting up another distribution network in the USA as well as Asia to allow Global market penetration.
