Acker, the SP rise is legitime as people have been buying in anticipation of the production and the NRR. We know GR have no manoeuvre of doing a placing except than 400k at today's SP. An EGM will have to be announced 3 weeks in advance. I expect the SP to be between 0.5 and 0.6p within 2 to 3 weeks. Production will have to take place by end of February for the SP to carry on by then. Does GR has learned the lesson this time, time will tell but I'm expect so as after Zulu, he has no more rabbit in his sleeves.

Horult, only a few shares are available for a placing (around 400,000 at today's SP) as GR will need to have an EGM which would take 3 weeks notice.

NellyB, I can see 0.35 - 0.4p by end of this week, beginning of next week as momentum is building and more people are buying back.

Then, it will depend when the new Resource Reserve will be RNS but it will shift the SP as it will be confirmation of what is in the ground.

Finally, when production is confirmed and shipments are made, we will be back at a valuation of 300 millions and perhaps more, we were at this valuation without producing back a year ago.

Premier has received a notice of election under the Agreement from Canmax following Premier's failure to deliver at least 1,000 tonnes of product per month for the months of November 2023 and December 2023 ("Notice") to have the current outstanding balance owed to Canmax of US$3 million (US$1.5 million per month) of the monthly payment carried forward.

Premier is pleased that Canmax has elected to carry forward the monthly payments in respect of the non-delivery of product in the months of November and December 2023. The effect of this is that the monthly payment contemplated is rolled forward and clear indication that Canmax requires delivery of Spodumene concentrate as soon as possible.

Swazers, you didn't need your charts to predict the SP going North. It was obvious as PREM is going to production and a new Resource Reserve will be announced before end of month. Please sell your prediction in another chat room other than PREM as most of us will not be foul by a con man

Acker, we all know that CanMax have gone with the 12% interest for the non delivery of November and December. I expect them to do the exact same for non January delivery. CanMax is only after one thing, delivery of Spodumene 4,000 tonnes per month. I can't see them investing any further in PREM within the exception of boosting the production in the massive EPO area.

New Resource Reserve for Zulu should be announced within 2 weeks hopefully as already 1 week has gone past.

This would help considerably the SP as people will wake up to PREM or decide to buy back as production will follow shortly after hopefully :)

Jaglith, it's just nonsense as usual. Furthermore, GR always go to London before a major placing is announced.

Acker, I think it will finish same as RHA, on maintenance, and all the future placings going to reimbursed Canmax.

I have spoken to GR and basically, same as usual. I did ask him about all the lies about Zulu going into production in March, May, August and then November, he said he didn't lie, he didn't realise that problem could incur.

How could you trust a person like this as a CEO of a company? Did you remember as well when his son did replace him at an event in January/February in London, same as his dad, they don't care about shareholders. How much are their annual salaries?

Tom Beale just have absolutely no clue. He is just desperate and have average down as the SP is lower than he has bought. So he is just ramping. Cash will be needed, end of story.

Please GR no stockbox as we do not want another blood bath. Unfortunately I can see an EGM to be called as early as next week or before end of January as further funding is needed. I have reviewed all my discussions with GR in 2014 up to 2017 about RHA, and what a total ressemblance. At the time, SP went done to 3.5p to 0.04p. I don't expect the SP going down to 0.04p this time but what a mess GR have created.

Raaydaar, you don't seems to have a brain either, The ball mill main plinth was poured in one pass and was about 30 cubic meters as I recall. What you are looking at is some of the smaller plinths to support screen frames and hydrosizer.
