Used to be in ages ago but made a profit and stayed out since, was tempted to buy in when it hit the previous 75p support level but as soon as that broke I switched to a short and when we got the "we've been forced to borrow more money" rns I increased my short and now currently have no position. I am tempted around 40p but I'm not one to go against a trend without a good reason, this could keep falling yet and after another horrible day today and the market at highs I'm doing nothing.

Not shorting but wouldn't be on here de ramping the share as much as you are ramping it if I was. I get you've made a mistake here but your talking too much crap.

I have used betvernon before and they are a horrific bookies, i bought in because they had a lot of cash, paid a decent dividend and i believed someone would come in for them. I never thought they would go for 9p and my initial reaction is what a joke of an offer and im going to vote to reject it but lets be honest if we did vote to reject it and we get no counter offer who here would still want to be in here? I think the best hope is to get a higher offer from someone else before this goes through but ive not got my hopes up. An absolute terrible BOD here and whoever negotiated this sale needs firing

Most of this shares were always crap though. I've never been in the position before of wanting to turn down an offer for a stock I held. Does anybody know the way it works if I want to reject this offer

i agree it looks very cheap and ive been in here everytime the sp has hit 60 but the enterprise value is £464m giving a true price to earnings of 12. still cheap and still undervalued but the enterprise value is a truer valuation than the mcap

I agree with you regarding Rb. There's no way you should read his book and then start investing. I've just bought a huge book on charting, I've forgot the title but it's a huge American book that goes into great depth, I can post the title when I'm home from work. I don't suppose you could suggest any other technical analysis books. Could you?
