There are over 700m shares in issue . To own 1% you would need over 7m shares. So keep buying!
Tomhuk2000, Per RNS 24/5/22:-
Following the issue of the New Shares, the Company will have 2,283,650,514 Ordinary Shares in issue (the "Enlarged Issued Share Capital"), each share carrying the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. The above figure of 2,283,650,514 Ordinary Shares may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
One of those is an Uncrossed Trade, so is not a purchase or sale.
Both below mid price. At least one's a sell, probably both.
smithfields, don't not what finals you're expecting. The Annual Repirt & accounts for 2021 were published last month.

Tigra, your earlier post suggests that by reducing a long spreadbet position that is shorting. This is of course not shorting. Closing or reducing a long spreadbet is akin to selling shares. Are you suggesting that anyone who sells shares they've bought is shorting?
Jollifant, the P/E ratio is not calculated from sales revenue.
P/ E = share price ÷ earnings per share or, equally, market cap ÷ net profit.
Previous RNSs came a day or so after the deadlines, so I wouldn't expect a RNS until Monday at the earliest.
I couldn't find any reason either. The only thing I can think of is there is a large seller in play.
Reading between the lines: selling the family silver as cash required to pay directors wages!
Whenever there has been a change in the total number of shares in issue during the previous month then, the Company is legally required to announce how many shares were in issue on the last day of the previous month.
What a load of rubbish. They're not ex dividend until Thursday.
0.6248 to buy, I just topped up 200,000.
Freaktrader, I wouldn't need much confidence to buy the shares for 1.3p when the current bid is 1.7p!
Pokerchips, when you sell part of your shareholding you can't choose which shares you've sold. You have to follow the matching rules, which I imagine is what your broker does (unless your holding is spread over more than one broker which will require a manual calculation).
If dividends are reinvested this is treated as 2 transactions for tax purposes. The amount of the dividend as income and the amount of the dividend reinvested as a share purchase for that cost.
mcco, look carefully at the accounts. The equity is 67,427,000 & not 67,427m.
So the way I see it is the bond holders can receive quarterly interest in shares but only if shareholders agree to give authority for share issuance. There doesn't seem to be anything to void the rest of the restructuring if the shareholders don't give the authority.
In any case resolution 2 is not required to appease the bond holders and I will vote against this, whilst deciding what to vote for resolution 1.
He would also be surprised to learn there are many places in England without mains supply. I live inside the M25 and my home & the other 200 homes on my estate don't have mains supply.
More likely a sell based on trades prior to its time
Well, GL has now been in charge for17 months and what has he done to add shareholder value? The answer is nothing as the SP is no different to when he was appointed. How can he be trusted?
