Last quarters jump in profits might be a one off from selling surplus coal on the spike in price from the war so might not be repeated although before the war and on low coal prices OPG used to make £20 mil+ and coal has dropped a lot recently so have to be hopeful, anyway I'll wait for a update now so no more speculation on my behalf.

Bismark, the best way to get a reference is to look at the year end 22 profits then cross reference it with UK profits. Profits were £13 mil PBT in GBP announced here but on that link it shows as (1.738.75) so (788.92) as a ratio for last 3 months trading of 23 year end seems to show they made between £6-7 mil PBT which for 3 months is outstanding. Hence on continued coal price decline since those numbers you have to be hopeful they can return to £20-30 mil EBIT for a full year.

Another one MRK full year PBT of £6.4 mil market cap £99 mil, we made over £7 mil PBT in 3 months just saying

all day every day heavily loss making stocks are pumped on here like they are the bargain of the centuries. there is a certain attraction for some reason to stocks losing money but not making money, probably because the market makers like to push them. i cannot recall the last time i looked at the leaders board and saw the daily top % riser up 50-100% and it was purely because it was making a lot of money unless it had a takeover. it's always some loss making tosh, yesterday was lend they lost £14 million in last accounts yet had done 300% from it's lows in 2 days and here is opg struggling sill under 10p, would help if the company could get their **** into gear and do some uk pr .

Perhaps this is the bargain of the century perhaps we are missing something.

I've just read a stock that has announced a £5 mil PBT for the year and is worth £96 mil, in fact I often read stocks making between £3-7 mil and they are worth £70-150 million and here is OPG that has already told us via the BSE that they made over £7 mil PBT in just one quarter, the last quarter so if they can continue that momentum or just get anywhere near it they will do £20 mil PBT for the current year next to a market cap sub £35 mil.

Anybody new to OPG they have already released these numbers in India but still to say anything over here.

Small cap cybersecurity stocks are all heavily loss making and cash burning. In the real world they would all be bust but on the markets they can keep raising money to pay the wages

If I followed you earl I would be bankrupt. I love how desperate you pump and dumpers are to try and get a following for future pump and dumps, it's like a conman trying to con another conman on these sites.

Heavily loss making and cash burning, perfect combination for the pump and dumpers and market makers to spike it and of course people pile in. If it made £1 mil profits a year nobody would be playing this at all.

Looks like the pump and dump rabble have descended onto OSI so if you are a holder it's probably worth taking a few off the table before they all dump and trust me they will dump either today or tomorrow...shameless !

Anything is possible however this market is saturated with pump and dumpers and traders and people who cannot hold past 1 day so nothing sustains. Look at NFX ria pumping hard for days, then all the dumps and it's very quiet now just a few token posts pretending to hold. The good news is I'm going offline now for the day, I hold over 20 stocks and do not need to ramp them 50-100 times a day because I'm a genuine holder not a 1 day trader
