Me too - 100% of my portfolio at the moment, so I'm all in. Sold some good prospects to do it too. I can't think of many opportunities with the same risk to reward profile. Looking forward to 12 months time and hoping to be rich and not broke :)
Assuming it is , they only had somewhere under 216m left to sell at the last RNS, so with the large orders going through recently, it won't be long until they are completely out. It should spring back up somewhat as soon as they are out
CB you are stretching it now. Why would a 2.4mil sell even need a mention. It's a tiny portion of the daily churn? There is no conspiracy by people who are positive about the company - we just don't mention it the same way we don't offer a running commentary on trades in general. You are going to have to try harder.
I'm in the same position Foxy, I didn't offload at 1.8 a while back and then really regretted it when we hit lows of .2 after that. I didn't offload ultimately because I think patience is key with this share , so I'm willing to take the swings for the bigger payout later on. Personally I think we are just at the start of the journey with this share and there is a long way to go with a high potential for very big returns. Just my opinion, but if your so inclined then booking profits is a prudent step too. You might end up kicking yourself in 12 months though :)
I don't think you'll have that long to wait now. It seems like the years of highly volatile movements are over now. If we get the anticipated news flow over the next couple of weeks, I'm pretty sure you'll break even and start to see a profit. ATB
We can always dream Davies101, but a £3 share price would mean a market cap of £20.6 Billion. It would need some meaty regular contracts for that kind of valuation. Who knows though - it might happen 5 or 10 years down the road.
@testpack No idea where this court case is headed or if it materially important. But having read the case, the primary case is against North Fork, whilst Eqtec and Phoenix are the interested parties. If the case goes against us, then it will be North Fork that bear the brunt. A patent infringement case doesn't require the accused to own patents, they simply need to have violated the plaintiffs patent. In this case North Fork are being accused of violating Aires patents by buying technology supposedly covered by their patent. Eqtec and Phoenix are interested parties as they own small portions of North Fork. At least thats my take on it - I'm no lawyer :)
So I agree with your point that this is a USA v USA case and I think that stands in our favour.
From the Eqtec website:
Patented technology
In the second half of 2014, EQTEC Iberia has obtained the award of two patents recently published in the Official Gazette of Industrial Property of the Spanish Patent and Trademark Office.
01. “Method for gasification reactor of solid organic materials and employed”
02. “Process for the development of a gas stream from a gasifier, thermal cracking tars and renewal with steam and employee reactor”.
03. “Process and cogeneration plant through the gasification of organic solid materials”.
Ramzoid, DP never said the contract would be finalised in June, he just said the Greek bank would be meeting to make a decision in June. There will still be contract particulars to complete after the financing is agreed. I'm hoping we'll hear about the Greek contract this month though.
Yes that one is from 9am this morning - I understand that. Share price at 9.02 was 0.82 so I can't see a 20mill sell happening for above bid at the time. By my reckoning the 2 sells are the 10mill and the 25mill. The others are all buys as far as I can tell anyway.
