Thanks very much for the support, Mani - much appreciated. My mum is so independent and will not listen to me, but when she told me she cannot breathe. It's tough, but should I ring Richard. He has enough on his plate. This drug should be available for all. It works, and what has happened is not right. I didn't think this could happen. Her Doctor says he has not heard of it and how can they as the regulators will not let it through?

Thanks for the good wishes re mum - much appreciated. She is very stubborn though, and has said to me she isn't sure about taking an unapproved drug (doh).
P.S. Follow your posts on Val, and believe you to be one of the most genuine posters I've seen. Hope it comes good there for all. I have a small holding which is currently underwater. My whole portfolio should be renamed 'submarine' !!!

Is anyone able to offer me any advice on the possibility of obtaining a supply of SNG001?
I have just discovered that my Mum (who lives alone in Spain, aged 84), is having terrible trouble breathing from a severe infection of some kind in her lungs. The doctor has been in every day, but he is struggling to help her breathe more easily.
It's a tailor maid situation for Synairgen's drug, but he didn't know anything about it and I can't see how or where to inquire about the possibility of obtaining some for her to try.
I would greatly appreciate any advice that knowledgeable investors could offer on this,

apropos1 - apologies for not replying, I was diverted elsewhere and only just seen this thread update.

I think shandypants has summed up the Japan element similarly to my own thoughts i.e only an opinion based on logical progression. I would also add that Greg M is very experienced in these kinds of inter-company dealings compared to his predecessor who wasted over a year achieving nothing.

Not sure I agree with your pov on the debt facility being irrelevant though. With the dilution you yourself point out, shandy, why would they not rather 'go in' again if required. Hopefully, it won't be an issue either way...

As I state on the other bb:-
GM needs to fulfill his option price by June.
Aus/NZ must be having an impact on Norgine sales nearly a year in.
Germany was expanding at a rapid rate on last known comms - should continue to do so.
Spain up and running - Italy and France to follow.
US prescription data could be v good as they have been taking on new staff and advertising for other Senior management figures over there recently. Not something you do if cash is getting tight and a placing is required imho (and no comms to boot) !

All in all, plenty to feel bullish about. One day soon the spring will be let loose ! GLALTH.

They have a debt facility available from MaRu AG and Dr Christian Schweiger (co-founder) to provide ongoing support. This was in RNS dated 29/1/21. It was never used, but could be renewed and increased if needed. GM well experienced in this kind of procedure. If sales numbers are very good, or Japan deal lands, we won't need it anyway.
