70% of it's stock is held by institutions - another thing to keep telling ourselves.
The games will continue until the pathway is clear to profitability.
Q3/4 will be the real progress.
We need the Norgine update for 12 months selling in the new territories.

Hi Shandy - hope you are well and coping with all this ok.
It is a long tunnel, but in these dark times I look at what we have :-
Accrufer is an extremely valuable drug, worth many, many multiples of this sp, and whatever they do to try and undervalue this Company, that will never be changed. We have the IP for years and years.
The top 2 have been in and shown they are not going to let it go under.
Other Companies in similar share price predicaments have absolutely nothing in comparison to pull themselves out of the mire - we do and will.
My very best wishes to you and all the other decent long-termers guilty only of backing a company trying to make the world a better place - tough job indeed!
Stay healthy and it will come good one day :)

There are some truly repellent creatures on the ADVFN board willing this to fail.
Just decided to vacate there as rational debating died some time ago.
Hopefully, Q2 onward will see the pick-up we desire. He hasn't had time to collate the figures as yet. Remember, a lot of the Insurer's only started showing Accrufer on their inventories in March/April, so just cranking up. So, not really down to the reps, smithy !!! Can't prescribe it if it wasn't available in Q1 !!!
This all boils down to previous management inaction and having to launch with zero preparation instead of the standard 24 months, as stated by GM last year.

Why wouldn't a large s/h step in to help out and protect their investment.

Secured against IP (worth hundreds of millions). OK until end of 2022.
Ramp up US with extended sales force then China payment arrives to clear the loan.

3,4 & 5 are ridiculous.
Never known such reactions. Can only occur when dedicated teams of shorters target a company's share price in coordinated fashion, instilling fear and panic in PI's at every turn.
Something, sadly they appear to have achieved.
I have other shares where no news has been issued except results etc, but there has been no such negative reaction, supporting this view above.
Hopefully, this is the start of the recovery for the sp and the beginning of the end for people who bet on disease beating companies to fail. Very sad indeed.

Top 2 only really count for the purposes of stopping a low-ball. They've been there since the start, got rid of Sterritt and Watts pretty much admitted they ran the show. They will want due recompense.

The top 2 are not, and by far the biggest and most influential of all (39%) - they got rid of original CEO - wonder if they regret that now !!

Approx . 151M (70% ) of shares held by 7 II's for ages - Accrufer is worth 100's of millions and they will stop any low ball shenanigans.

The accounts to 31/12/21 are already known and irrelevant ! They did a similar thing by publishing on 30/6/20.

We want an update on the state of the business as @ 30/6/22 - so they are not late, or even under any obligation to publish one yet. I just hope they do, as the Market continues to behave irrationally against this company.

Sam - I'm not in agreement there. They will get that $11M from ASK in 2023 (early I hope as P3 well underway). GM saved 5.5M of cash ahead of f/c to 31/12/21, so he's at least cash savvy.
I want to know the Norgine figures. They launched NZ/AUS same time as US, but the guy they had reckoned they would hit the ground running, unlike US dilly-dallying. Spain came on board Q4. Germany was reported to be increasing strongly in the update 4 months ago....
I'm sticking by my July forecast for an update on the whole package - God loves a trier !!

OK, how can this (and DNL) go the same way as DDDD?
These have approved drugs, on the market(s) being sold albeit without any progress updates which is extremely frustrating to say the least. DDDD has nothing to sell and a pile of debt ! Accrufer alone is worth 100's of M with or without this lot!
I am worried they are not updating or PR responding to Investor queries, but surely they must see they are causing more harm than good in similar fashion to the previous management 'team'.

Looking at the positions, it seems they are preparing to expand the product into Women's health. This was mentioned in a presentation (10/1/22). One of the two doctors there was explaining how beneficial it would be to have Accrufer available and that it would be his first choice prescription without hesitation. Just listened again. He is very adamant about the unmet need. The new posts could be geared around this, suggesting to me that revenue is sound and they are ready to build the sales force up to 60 as stated previously also.
Therefore, not looking to raise at this time IMHO, but if they do, we know 4.4M can be raised via the debt facility.
Only thing bugging me is why no AGM date when it's held in June usually.... have e-mailed but they are not being very forthcoming !!
