JLP have released half year results stating their southern copper production is back up to 80% capacity and the Northern sites will be closely followed in april/may this Yr.......combined total copper output of 10k tons a year

60k(1% Cu) tons of rock a month would be 600tons copper from luansobe, maybe less due to recovery, 50% of JLP yearly capacity, the other 50% coming from their copper tailings dumps.

Cobre had an outstanding year last year on the KCB. They recently acquired the remaining 50% of Kalahari metals, raised $10m for further exploration after finding 2%+ copper at Kitlanye west and Ngami.......both of which are either side of our PL253

Drilling to start this month. Once they start showing more copper in those drill cores that success will start reflecting back on us again. Big year for Cobre and us

we are due the final report from Addison shortly for Luansobe, that will get the SP moving, it did on SZ when the report was issued. It's proof that's regulated by a global standard (JORC), therefore the Market will be able to add value to us, unlike an RNS with preview info i.e our inferred resource estimate of late

the Final report from Addison (iaw JORC) should be published later this month for Luansobe (in keeping with the timescales of SZ). this will be a turning point officially showing resource numbers. Update of Tender cant be too far away either, then Offtake agreement with JLP.......leaving the license APP

The Market seems to be over looking us and our performance against the headings you've summarised below.

£5m in pipe line as per contract for Glenover,1 assest a mining lisncene away from monetisation, 2 assets a mining liscence and offtake agreement (that anyone would jump at) away from monetisation.

In AIM mining terms low risk, Opex/capex low, scope for growth huge.

I feel the inability to explain and forecast smaller way points between the milestones is contributing to us being packaged up as just another AIM company promising Jam tomorrow. We almost need to be sold the journey, not just the finishing line.

Unfortunately for Zambia they have huge national debt, predominantly to the Chinese. The International Monetry F und stipulated that it would not offer Zambia aid unless it cleaned up corruption and set in place plans for Zambians to benefit from the natural resources the country has (the imf has infact recently bailed out Zambia). This can be seen reflecting back in the recent cadastre closure while they cleaned up the processes.

There's an interview where the president is reporting they have "secured funds" to help increase copper output in the country.
This means more debt

Their only way out is to get the natural resources processed and they don't do that by delaying copper/natural resource mining applications. It's in their best interest to get things moving and quick

The Cadastre being back open is huge for us! Combined with news of Zambian president wanting to treble copper production in Zambia. This is where we start clawing back our value.

Great Summary Analytical!! all the information is there and sources for those should they wish to look. I feels a matter of "when" this is going to happen, not "If".

Next piece of news to be released on the project is likely to the be the issuance of the technical report should we follow the same process as SZ. worth a note this moved the SP/MCAP 20%+ just on the issuance of the report. this was in 2019, i bought my first lot of shares in GLR at this point

Just managing to catch up. Ka****u has really been motoring along in the background by the look of it. Operational by the time the wet season ends is around April this year

GLR owns Enviro processing Ltd, that used to have the liscence for Ka****u. When that ran out in 2021 you can see that it changed hands very briefly to Siege before setling back with GLR at 50% the size by sqkm (as per the rules)......this strongly suggests that Siege are the local Artisanal contractors as Analytical suggests. Although we haven't heard the presentation, we have only seen the slides, slwe have heard the statement many times before that the overburden can pay for the contractors initial outlay.

We have 2 x 350mx250m 3m deep, approx 5% Zinc
Using an estimate of 1.4 for cubic metres to metric tons

350x250x3x1.4 = 735000 tons of over burden
At 5% zinc = 35750 tons of contained zinc
At $3295 ton zinc thats gross $121m

I don't doubt at 5% zinc the recovery will give anywhere near that value. However we could also look at royalty which we have used for SZ (4th march 21 RNS) that the contractors may get by selling the rock and taking a royalty

$3295ton x 3% x 5% zinc = $4.94/ton (4th March 21 RNS)
735000tons @ $4.94 rock
= royalty of $3.6m

Altho we don't have the full story or the exact numbers for thr formula, you can see that ball park we are looking very good for operations on Ka****u

A long long time ago.........we sold a mine and didn't get paid for it. The rebels want their money!

In March 22 last year the zinc price was over $4300

Had we been operational at that point at peak performance of 15000 tons and 20% zinc content we would have been earning £1.25m a month

Zinc prices are on the way back up and the mine looks to be operational now
