Yesterday: Afrimat integral asset manager mentioning Glenover in the sense of Phosphate, vermiculite and rare earth's. The latter 2 of which we will get paid the final £5.2m

This shows they are wanting the acquisition and is a paperwork excercise to complete.

It's comforting to know that the Afrimat team have already successfully completed 8 acquisitions in Africa already, so Glenover would be the 9th

I get the gist thats about right for some of the otherr companies reading the BBs, altho I haven't researched finances myself into the data sheets etc. It can't be far off now the £5.2. The competition commission has authorised it, just the South african regulatory body now. Fingers crossed for us. This money is the catalyst for all of our other projects.......luansobe being priority to get monetised

100% Castiron. Hopefully now Sandfire is producing copper concentrate from T3 at Motheo we will see the SP increase in value

I wouldn't say GLR is running on fumes Flipper. the interim results in December RNS says we had £3,309,842 in cash as of 30th September.

we acquired MBV shortly after that, but did that by issuing 50m shares so no impact to Cash pile. various exploration updated have been since but a proportion of that will have been paid for pre 30th sept. working capital required for 12 months was last reported as £650k ish. so imo, I cant see us having burnt through all that money in a short amount of time.

CB stated in an interview that we would be running lean for a while (waiting on the £5.2m or the operation of Luansobe), slowing some of the other projects down

Its been a good few months now since the last news on Luansobe. This is an accelerated programme to get into production, there must be some information soon.

It would be an idea for GLR to look at ZopCo to look at alternative ways of selling the copper ore. Same as we did for Starzinc.

Our 90kg of copper ore from Luansobe were part of the testing process as reported by the roast team and RNS

I feel the the final report from Addison should he able to be shared now if its available for Luansobe.

News of 3rd party tender also for the mining activities

Looking at the Zambian mining cadastre, no movement as of yet in the applications, but they will be approaching soon the standard lead time from when the cadastre was updated with them.

Agreed Analytical, it was Pan-lid who assumed that it has. Imo when the £5.2m lands out sp will rise iaw the % rise 5.2m is on our mcap as it has done in the past

VB - things are always dragging on abit for my liking. Mining is slow. However when I looked into the process for liscence change on the RSA mining official website. It gives a standard process. When you add up the days it falls within about 2 weeks of the estimated date of end of July we have received already in the RNS.

So all being well, it's a good estimate

The money from Glenover on both occasions has increased the SP on the day to a similar % proportionate MCap at the time. Since that has happened twice already, why wouldn't it happen a 3rd time? Even for you two that prediction can't seem unfathomable

CB has stated specifically it will be used to further projects like Bulwayo and Kamativi. Both projects made the SP rise upon RNS of buying into them.

He has also insinuated it would be used towards Luansobe upgrading machine

This is huge news. First copper produced at Motheo. Sandfire will soon be making money. Once they start that then they will be investing more heavily to complete their monopoly on the kcb

The final report from Addison should be with us now and usually the business reports thus via RNS and uploads to the website.

Also 3rd party mining tender being sent out was a big topic for Colin in his interviews.....the 2 go hand in hand.

This was the case for SZ, and when the report was published and notified via RNS, the SP jumped over 25%.

Something similar right now for Luansobe would be easy to do, to keep us ticking over

In November last year Cobre shot up to more than double the price of what it is now, $60m+ Mcap. This was based off good news and results on Ngami....boardering the east of our PL253 so an increase of $30m

They have cash raised and spent the money on Kitlanye west.....oardering West of our PL253

They are now giving us data for free on our PL253 in the middle.

Just think about the price of a sale for PL253, if good news on Ngami increased Cobre by $30m just from drill cores and the value it adds to us by our geographicalocation. Not to mention the huge investement Cobre are spending to the west. I'd hazard a guess that PL253 could be worth $10m as it is now.....maybe a lucky drill core with the same results as Ngami and Kitlanye to seal the deal

Thats right, just talking about our nearterm plans with Luansobe, within this quarter and next. Open pit monetisation. I believe CB has made comments about receiving the Block Model in his ome of the more recent interviews and this certainly allows for pit design and 3rd party tender. Personally I believe GLR will formally notify us via RNS of this (similar, if not the same process as SZ) and those RNSs will push the SP up. This could be iminant as we are overdue according to CBs timelines......and that's just the first part of a very lucrative story.

We are long over due the final resource report from Addisson now for Luansobe. Also news of a 3rd party mining contractor tender being sent out.

This will make the SP move up again.

After that, mining license and offtake agreement......this shows how we make money!! And when the SP really jumps up

That document is a great find Analytical. All of our mining licenses are Artisanal at the moment. AIM is a calculated betting game, and they are good odds for getting a license authorised. Shows we are well on the right track

Some good news, more movement on the Zambia mining cadastre . Shinganda have another large exploration lisncene app over it. A new name "Mwichan world link limited". Although the liscence was recorded as being applied for November last year, it has only just been updated. Sun Park, also have a lisncene app. This is likely to show its hand shortly. My opinion it is a deal in the background
