Well put CHRi5P. imo it just proves the market is only really interested in money at the moment. good results make you tread water, bad results put you in the bin. only monetisation makes the SP really move at the moment.

poor Kav is struggling at the moment and its my belief that they arent bringing in cash and even if they got a good drill result, they are far away from monetisation or being able to properly progress the assets.

Good Job we have a mixture in our portfolio and near-term money coming.

Big day tomorrow as well. £2m arriving in shares. Can't belive there isn't more interest in taking a punt on the sp jumping up tomorrow.

Good spot Iky. If I remember rightly, that's how we found such good results at SZ. Vertical drilling came up with some results but not great, until Colin decided to drill in diagonal directions which produced 40%+ zinc. Hopefully a repeat over in Zimbabwe with the lithium and perspectively equally as good results

Surely on Wednesday when we are assigned the £2m in Afrimat shares we will see a jump in share price of minimum 20%. This has happened when we received cash in the past with the Glenover sale. The sp has jumped at least to the proportion of the new value incoming to current Mcap.

in this difficult time it's good to know that lisences are getting approved in and around the areas we arw wanting to mine.

we have the presentation around contractors on ka****u, we can see artisanal licenses over ka****ue (lessons learned from starzinc), meaning we just have to wait our turn for them to flip over to approved.

similar with luansobe, small scale licenses approved of a smaller size and further away to.the nearest customer than we are. others are seeing value in that and arguably we are in a better position.

the sp has took a battering, but we know we have things lines up, it's just when they tick over.

You could have helped that situation pan lid and not posted. Then it would have been 16 - 1

Good point 3CB, and lots of silver. The Zambian government own 5% of the asset too. Lots of reasons to get it running at full pace.

Also looks like the MMs are going to walk this up and down for their own gain until we get monetisation news. It was only in April we hit 1.5p and have come down since then for no apparent reason

that information i keep track of on the zambia mining cadastre (link below). tip, toggle on the "applications" on, then tupe 30503-hq-sel in the search bar i.e ka****u is about 4 o'clock position underneath the town of kabwe.

agreed chri5p, it wasn't long ago we would jump 30% in a day on purchasing a new asset or achieving good results. now we have to work the same just to tread water or stop a steeper decline in a struggling world market. cash is king it seems when it comes to sp. i'll be intersted in how the market reacts when we get our afrimat shares. i'm expecting an increase proportion to our mcap at least.

Its good that Colin is using twitter now, he listened to our request last year to try get him to use it. It means as investors we can be taken on the journey in real time with our assets.

it has been a while cyberia for sz. pretty much felt like it was written off. the zambian mining cadastre was closed for nearly 2 years whilst it was surveyed for corruption and has only just been issuing licenses again in the last few months, it had over 2000 apps as a backlog. all of a sudden starzinc license gets approved last week. which means we should be back on. hopefully we will get formal update of this and what the next steps are.

similar story with ka****u, however we sneaked our exploration license through 1 week before the cadastre closed. this allows us to donthe exploration analytical is speaking of. as soon as the cadastre opened, 3 artisanal mining licenses went in over the top.

again formal notification required. the above explains the slow progress in the 2 assets up until now

ka****u is different and in open land (rns quote below)

"ka****u project: the ka****u zinc project in zambia has similar characteristics to the star zinc project but is considered to be larger and the company plan an exploration program for 2021 with the primary objective of developing a resource for the supply to a nearby refinery and / or the raw ore export market. the ka****u area is in open land the topography of which does not suit itself to urbanisation"

Thats right flipper, rising last year powered on by the "green" global agenda, then the rug pulled like other battery boom metals when faced with global recession, assuming demand will drop. Never the less the green agenda continues and the proce is still low while stockpiles are used up to an all-time low. This compounds the shortage issue. We also can't have metal prices flying up amidst a global recession either. The prices will eventually be released and they will be on a steep incline.

It was the prospect of $1m a month in jan 2021 that saw our Sp climb to 2.68p on the day and average around 2.3p for a period of time

So this is big news when it becomes official. The zinc price will return from its temporarily suppressed state, being held down by the market assuming battery boom industry will decline in the short term. However just like copper, lithium, rare earths we know there will be a high demand.

Here are the Starzinc royalty calcs

Royalty minimum 3% increasing by 1% every $250/t to a max of 10%

Examples

Current Zinc price $2480/t - royalty 3%

Peak price last year (July 22) $4371/t royalty - 10%

Max output 16000 tons rock per month

Current price royalty at max output

16000x2480x0.03x0.25 = $297,600/m

Mine size 400k tons = 25months of royalties at max output

= 25x $297,600 = $7,440,000 total. 50% mcap

As the price of zinc returns then the royalty goes up. Example max price 2022 and max output would be $1.7m per month!!!!

Good results from Bulwayo 2gt on the surface is a hood indicator, especially when there's a prevous mine next door that produced 440k ounces. We had similar results at Shinganda in zambia, put a few test pits in that produced 33g/t and then all of a sudden we have a major sniffing around giving us options of a sale. So today this won't have am affect on SP, but a good step forwards.
