Yeah agree about the numbers, how on earth will they reduce that debt. Im not sure about a raise though, will the founder allow such dilution? Although he sold a chunk up at £3 IIRC. Might explain why Lucy Dimes owns no shares what so ever.

I cant see how they will get out of this hole - unless - they sell all the data centres, and just become a services business. They might do this, as they have re-branded all that as A tech. The £8m freehold is the maidenhead data centre. The others are rented. Could they scrape 25M for all the data centres, its not just cash in, they would also stop the cash out bleed. I think the Atech biz has a lot of legs. Can they keep the wolf from the door ? I'm certainly not buying any more until either Lucy does, or the balance sheet is fixed. I cant see appetite for a raise as I have said, it wont solve anything long term.

I follow a guy who talks about gold and silver each day, and silver is a tough one to get right. It is heavily manipulated, and also 50% seen as an industrial metal. Perhaps this partly explains the unusual gold silver ratio? Sometimes I buy a silver ETC if I think it will make a big move, I guess I am saying that you could add silver along side here.

I recall being impressed by Wheaton precious metals, I think they have silver streaming agreements. In fact, yes it does.

Rivaldo, one question here. The value is that on paper, but could they sell that much at that price?

I would feel much happier if they started to realise some of these gains. I am not knocking what they have achieved, but we are not backing them for resource investing.

I seriously doubt much of this will drop through to Ebitda, let alone PBT. I have said before these types of companies are only able to win these contracts because they do not need to make a profit. Everyone who needs paying gets paid out of admin expenses or cost of sales. Leaving zero profit for share holders.

I dont know why you are excited about £3m net cash. Look at the interims,

"cash from operations -1.4M" - It costs £1.4m to run this business for 6 months. How will a £4 million contract over 3 years make any difference?

Bear in mind it costs £750k to be listed on AIM, this figure is well publicised form the various delisting RNS. It would make most sense to delist this, and at least save £750k extra per year. There is no benefit to them being listed, no one will ever put in here for a equity raise, so why be on AIM. They failed at gold mining and now they have failed at Cyber security.

Look at this, Singer markets buy at 5p and sell twice as much at 7p. These are the market makers who spiked the price and pulled in all those suckers, who think the price is going to move. Market makers trading out of a position, rather than posting rubbish on LSE all day ;)

I bought - the story changed - I sold. (about break even, if you read my posts from last week*) - that is investing.

You paid over 3p for a stock already declared to be 2.4p - that is foolish and greedy (I think you call it day trading ?).

*I have held this for around 18 months, at one point had 20% of pension in here, many 10's of k. average was 33p but was selling in to strength. All in my posting history Luv. Estimate around b/e for the whole escapade. Some opportunity loss, but 6 months ago it seemed decent investment and a strong chart. Anyway, please find something else to focus on. I dont care about your victories or losses, but I will correct incorrect statements you make about the take over.

I see a few people turned up today not understanding the situation here. When over 50% of share holders (directors) commit to irrevocable approval of a deal, I imagine there are consequences if they dont go through with it.

Over 50% of share holders gave irrevocable undertaking. Although a few have resigned now.

I think the spike today was 1) a short closing. 2) MM then creating a spike and naked short selling (it was not possible to sell at 7p). Now they are covering the naked short.

Was just having a browse, Schroders had 8% here before Higgin's arrival. In 2021, they went up to 12%. Since then they have lost 90% of the value. If the current mcap is 7M, then the investment is now worth £700k. Why on earth are they still holding this? perhaps other than not being able to sell. I was just looking at major holders, of which it seems Schroders are the only institution. The next logical step here would be for the company to delist. There is no way they can raise any more funds - since they still have not spent the last placing money as stated. How else can this actually end?

Judging from the portfolio holdings of the fund which holds this, it seems Schroder smaller companies like to run their losers. 2.8M shares.

I see your point, but the yield that one might get today is going to be different to a yield that someone will get who bought 2 years back. I am fortunate to have a few stocks where the dividend has increased significantly since my purchase so my yield is high on those stocks. I think I must be the only one who reads the investment managers report here, but the first item in the review of the month was:

leading positive contributors were China Hongqiao Group and GAIL. Shares in aluminium producer Hongqiao rose after the company reported a significant improvement in its gross profit margin

By complete coincidence the dividend yield on this stock is....wait for it.... 11%

Does any one have an opinion on SEQI Sequoia Economic Infrastructure . Its more debt. I took a position near 10% yield.
