Gordon Stein, CFO of CleanTech Lithium, explains why CTL acquired the 23 Laguna Verde licenses. Watch the video here.
Take back everything I said here. Placing obviously takes priority...
What a farce.
They get 160k within 5 days of completion of the JV. Andy has alluded to no immediate raises, would imagine they're confident of getting it done, that couple with increased production from a couple of the fields would be a solid argument not to go to market for a while. Would imagine they're hoping for a lot higher SP before coming back anyway, a raise at this price so close to game changing news would do so much to damage what little sentiment remains after so long lingering just above water. Would be a silly move IMHO. If they can hold out for that 160k, wait until later in the year, higher production figures, there might just be light at the end of this very, very, very long and tiring tunnel.
Can sell 20 million for 0.03.
Fascinating as a LTH to watch this, those who have followed this story knows how undervalued we are. If we can follow through on the helium plays, this potentially be 'the' share that makes people!
Good luck all, fingers crossed for this year!
... won't last (more than happy to be proven wrong).
Or maybe there's a little leak on board somewhere and they're loading up before it's official.
Technically could be signed between then, although rhetoric suggests will be sooner.
Only about 500% to go for me wooo!
To all the long termers... this is our year (or maybe next year... or the year after... it'll definitely happen though lol)
Not a deramp, but no way this stays above 0.02 today. 0.018 would be a decent finish. Gone to quick on no news to stay!
Anyone have any?
What is going through their minds?
What is the point of such a similar (or any) name change unless it has some financial benefit that I'm not savvy enough to understand?
More shares issued, more money lost.
Let's think about it rationally. My head tries to find justification for all of this, and my head says they're just delaying the inevitable. My gut however is looking at the space side of things... what if they know something we don't, there would have to be massive secrecy around that part due to the nature of it potentially. It doesn't make sense to even waste time pushing this company forward unless there's something there? Unless there is such a blatant disregard for shareholders and they're wiping it in peoples faces. It makes no sense whatsoever.
Then again, my gut is completely unreliable. Hope anyone? At the start of this, was excited by all the bullsh*t interviews etc, but personal feelings have massively shifted since then and I pray that they're not working on ANY kind of digital ID. I'd rather my money be gone that be a part of that kind of control.
That's the "fun" of AIM haha, still can't get over Mr Meyers performance in all those proactive interviews way back when, either very naive or very clever/immoral.
Silence is deafening. Anyone here from Milestone days? Feels like we're just waiting for the inevitable. Anyone got any thoughts about this coming good and making us rich? Lol
Hi all, just a small point. Obviously not the most earth shattering update, however still indicates that solid progress is being made and money is being efficiently spent in the correct places, also, and main point of this message... cash in the bank higher than previous updates... are we in danger of being profitable here!?
Morning All, could somebody help me understand how that affects existing shareholders please? Been investing for the best part of a decade but don't quire have my head wrapped around what impact that then has on us? Assuming a separate block of shares will be issued under Mosman still, however logically it won't be similar to how it is now, I.e. billions at a nominal price, so therefore does that mean there will be a consolidation here before listing occurs? Any info greatly appreciated!
Anyone else feel this is being coiled up ready to pop? Can't believe the MC we have here with everything going on!! Not a ramp, just my own opinion!
Anyone else feels like it's brewing? Cantor and spreadex getting out, Morgan Stanley doing whatever, chinese coming, volume consistently high all week (that's weird in itself)
Those buys are weird... 2% of the company in 5 trades. When you look back through the history of this company, you'd be hard pressed to find another collection of events like this, especially those trades... convenient timing, with that RNS from Morgan Stanley a month or so ago, I wonder if we'll be getting another RNS with them upping their stake from 5.5% to 7.5%... cat and pigeons!! (I'm merely speculating with all of this!!)
Just me or are we breaking out? Range hasn't been seen in a long time? Real thing or false dawn? I've added just in case haha!
@Warno, I think under normal circumstances most people here would agree with you. Push the SP and allow us to get on the radar of a few more, the trouble here is that everyone who has been in this for a long time knows full well that if consolidation happens, we'll end up at the same SP a year later anyway and our hard earned will be gone... at least here... how much lower can it go lol (that is how little faith there is in this SP, which is strange because they are producing from a number of levels and obviously the Helium outlook is scarily enticing, but things like today's placing is the very reason that we are here, there is no trust and there won't be until something spectacular happens that can't be argued against, not hope and rumour , but material change). Even then they'd probably place at a discount. Still invested though... lol. Mosman has become a bad habit of mine.
"The vibe is quite good at the moment, let's rush through a placement whilst they're still semi-content.". Fun times. Why the hell don't they go to market and ask us if WE want some shares at a discount. Ffs.
People posting on the weekends... yet when we're up 20% on the Monday, nobody saying a thing....has everyone got kids lol (so do I) where are you all haha!
Forgive me if this is really naive of me, but I've been "investing" in Aim since around 2010 and don't think I've ever seen Morgan Stanley on a holdings RNS. That me being stupid or something crazy going on here?
Be surprised if this is running on fumes. LTH who's seen it all now with this company, made the mistake of being emotionally invested previously, now hardened to the rubbish. That being said, even Conservative calculations suggest this is definitely not still running on fumes. *** packet calcs suggest, even on a worst case scenario, let's say 75boo a day, price at 70 etc, we're still talking well over 300k, I'd be expecting higher though. At the end of December we had just under a mil usd, I don't see how we haven't turned a profit during this period? That december figure should now be higher, even if not by much.
Don't get sucked in Mikee, the truth will out here in the end, for the LTH here, everyone knows the pain that is Mosman, but those who have stuck with it finally look like they are about to be rewarded, with the other two wells worked over, there is very little chance that we won't be corporately profitable. This isn't petroleum creek or pine Mills etc, this one is now backed up by a third party company with legitimate flow rates, not the highest admittedly, but high enough for a company like mosman to finally start pushing on with 2 or 3 placings a year, 2023 could be the year. Dyor. We will have to see a rerate over the coming months, I'd imagine the market will really be waiting to see financials once we have a few months of production from this well. If all goes to plan, there won't be any option but to increase the market cap here, it's been too low for a while, but not surprising based on how history has played out here, fingers crossed that we have finally hit that 'step change' moment!
Well your boss probably shouldn't be your boss if he doesn't understand delays with 3rd party contractors are out of your control.
